President Barack Obama’s deputies are quietly hacking a gap through immigration regulations to allow them to import hundreds of thousands of university-trained foreign workers for jobs sought by American college grads.

“They’re bending immigration law until it almost breaks,” says Ian Smith, a lawyer at the Immigration Reform Law Institute. The Obama-hack, he added, should be fixed by Congress or a judge

The regulatory hack is part of Obama’s broad immigration-boosting alliance with Fortune 500 Companies and the GOP’s establishment. In 2013 and 2014, most — but not all — of his prior amnesty

and immigration plans were blocked by voters and judges, despite furious lobbying of the GOP by business.

If Obama succeeds, he would make life tougher for young and middle-aged American graduates, who are already facing wage-cutting competition from the roughly 1 million white-collar

guest-workers that the U.S. government allows to live in the United States.

The extra foreign graduates would also deter young Americans from high-tech careers, and provide the Democratic Party with more donations and more voters.

But Obama’s hack would also spotlight a large opportunity for any GOP 2016 candidate eager to win votes from America’s young college-grads, their parents and the hard-pressed professional sector. So

far, only Donald Trump has seized the opportunity by promising to make foreign guest-workers more expensive to hire.

If he is elected, and reforms the H-1B program, he’d likely transfer roughly 600,000 guest-worker jobs to American graduates.

That’s almost equal to the number of Americans who graduate each year from college with skilled degrees.

Basically, Obama’s regulatory hack would convert a long-standing bureaucratic band-aid into a process for printing extra work-permits.

The decision has not been announced, but is being finalized by officials at the Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security, Smith told Breitbart News.

Oh my God, why why why are you doing to this to our American Kids??!! What kind of evil monster are you, Obama??!!

Well, for the past several years, I've been opposed to foreign student visas because there are so many American Kids who want to go to college who can't get in because the seats are taken by foreign students, children of foreign workers, and illegal aliens.

I think we need to put a Moratorium on All Immigration including foreign student visas for at least 10 years, maybe longer, to give US time to sort through this mess, fix the disaster, and reset the whole system to a program that benefits our country instead of one that destroys it.

Wake Up America! This traitor in the White House has not only already robbed you blind, he's working like a moron on crack to rob the future of your children as well. Is there nothing that will cause you to rise up and stop this disaster? Not even your kids? You still want to support same o same o?

Yes, he is southBronx, and while I didn't vote for him, I certainly thought he would still be a responsible President. He's sadly turned out not to be. Why he wants to do these awful things to our country and citizens, I just don't understand, but doing them he is. It's just terrible.

I think Ian Smith is right, that immigration hacks should be fixed by judges and Congress. But a Congress when running for office in '14 and lied to achieve majority, promised they know how to govern, but can't even choose leadership people are going to fix something? This fix needs attending to immediately, as it is now 40 years late. Dysfunctional congress controlled by dysfunctional party, what are the chances of fixing anything?

It's very depressing. There is a way to fix it if Republicans could unite on something that is actually a foundation of our party, such as the FairTax, that eliminates the income tax culprit responsible for well, almost everything that's wrong. Income tax is used by Free Traders to run our industries and jobs out and haul illegal aliens in, then reward them with tax credits for tax they didn't pay. Income tax is responsible for deficits, if you raise the rates high enough to fund the government as the welfare programs, you destroy businesses, cost jobs, and run our industries out of the country, if you reduce rates low enough to slow that down you run deficits, because at the end of the day a mandated, authoritarian, socialist-Marxist income tax that ruins more lives than it helps, hurts more businesses than it fosters, doesn't work in a free society.

If Republicans would lead on this and get it out of Paul Ryan's Ways and Means Committee, for a debate and vote in the House, then they can lead the nation with one of the most important economic development legislation in US History by selling it through the Senate, Obama may not sign it, but then he might. If not, then you've at least got Congress ready to pass it again in 2017 so it can hopefully be signed by a Republican President, if we win the General Election.

But they don't even try. Paul Ryan keeps it buried, Camp before him kept it buried, and every Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee has done so since 1999 when it was first introduced into the US Congress.

So, you make your bed, you lay in it. If they're so corrupt or so stupid as to not even move it out of Committee, something as simple to do as this for a debate and up or down vote, then what can you expect?

To balance the budget under the existing system will require major cuts to SS and Medicare with huge increases in taxes across the board. That's just the simple math which as we know is a law of the universe that over-rides all their rhetoric and magician stories, no matter how many times they tell them. The income tax actually makes all our politicians look and act extremely stupid, I guess because most of them are.
