Plyler vs. Doe 1982 - A Summary -

In 1982, the Supreme Court rules in Plyler v. Doe , 457 U.S. 202 (1982), that public schools were prohibited from denying immigrant students access to a public education.

The Court stated that undocumented children have the same right to a free public education as U.S. citizens and permanent residents.

Undocumented immigrant students are obligated, as are all other students, to attend school until they reach the age mandated by state law.

Public schools and school personnel are prohibited under Plyler from adopting policies or taking actions that would deny students access to education based on their immigration status.

ANOTHER LIE BY OUR CORRUPT SUPREME COURT!

The law requires deportation of illegal aliens for a lot of reasons. I hope as time marches on more and more Americans understand what all those reasons are. Illegal immigration can not be solved with white collar behind the desk solutions. The solution is deportation which requires confrontation, physical removals and boots on the ground.

These people are CRIMINAL TRESPASSERS and their children should not be rewarded or receive benefits by their crimes!

If a parent robs a bank...the child does NOT get to keep the money!



DEPORT THE WHOLE FAMILY!

THE ILLEGAL PARENTS SHOULD NOT BE REWARDED OR RECEIVE BENEFITS ON BEHALF OF THEIR MINOR CHILDREN WHETHER THAT CHILD IS A US CITIZEN OR OTHERWISE.

THEY ARE THE GUARDIANS AND THE CHILD GETS DEPORTED WITH THE PARENTS!

NO LOOPHOLES TO DUMP THEIR CHILDREN ON THE BACKS OF US TAXPAYERS...THEY ALL GO.

When the illegals started coming in masse , they brought their families , hence the children in the schools were illegal as well, and are now Daca recipients.
Now, however, most of their kids in school were born here , courtesy of American taxpayers . Birthright citizenship is what is changing the demographics of our schools and country.

If the parents of these children are here ILLEGALLY...deport them and their minor children.

The Supreme Court should NOT allow children of illegal aliens to go to our schools, receive welfare, food stamps, housing, free school lunch or healthcare!

E-VERIFY OUR SCHOOLS. The parents must have legal work permit...or their children get NO school and NO benefits! When those work permits expire...out go the parents and out go their children out of our schools.

The parents should also go to a Lab...pay for a DNA test and prove they are their children. They are ALL liars! We do not know who these kids belong to!

Start checking ALL the schools along the border!
