The Justice Department also said Garland "retaliated" against a naturalized U.S. citizen who has limited English skills by rescinding his job offer after he failed to produce a green card, which proves lawful U.S. residency for non-citizens. The person had presented a Social Security card and driver's license
Now wait a minute here. If this man was a "citizen," why would he not speak English? One of the requirements for becoming a U.S. citizen is to learn English, not true? This employer must have had a reason to believe he was applying for the job fraudulently. So they ask for additonal proof, and get sued! I'm tired of the government's contradictory laws and principles that forces businesses to walk a tight rope. These ridiculous lawsuits discourage employers from doing their job, and prevents them from verifying that foreigners can legally work here.

You're exactly right Bridget! This is their intent...they don't want employers to do their jobs because that would result in illegal invaders being excluded from jobs! This is why they file the lawsuits! They want employers to be terrified of lawsuits so they will no longer question anything.

Wow...I know we've been in trouble for a long time, but I didn't realize until lately how close these open borders nuts are to eclipsing the U.S. Unfortunately, too many of them are in power and have enough influence to crowd out Americans in favor of illegals.

If you want to destroy America, you have to get inside. And that's what they've done.
