Rio Grande Valley Agents Arrest Convicted Sex Offender

PHARR, Texas – U.S. Border Patrol agents identify an illegal alien with a previous conviction for a sexually related crime.

Yesterday afternoon, Weslaco agents working near Pharr, Texas, arrested a group of 12 subjects after they illegally entered the United States. During processing, record checks for a Mexican national, later identified as Bernardo LOZANO-Martinez, revealed a previous arrest by the Alamo, Texas Police Department for indecency with a child – sexual contact and indecency with a child – exposure.

A judge found LOZANO-Martinez guilty and sentenced him to 10 years’ probation.

Border Patrol referred LOZANO-Martinez for criminal prosecution.

The public is encouraged to take a stand against crime in their communities and report suspicious activity at 800-863-9382.

Even with the spread of the COVID-19 virus, human smugglers continue to try these brazen attempts with zero regard for the lives they endanger nor to the health of the citizens of our great nation. These sex offenders do not need "probation". They need to be put down like the vermin they are! There are millions of these disgusting people walking the face of the Earth harming children and innocent women. Why is this permitted!!!

These "Judges" do not value the lives of the innocent...they give the criminals a free pass to roam our streets preying on children and more victims to violate. Shame on you people!
