There is already a way, it's called the H2A visa and it allows UNLIMITED importing of laborers, BUT the farmers won't use it becuase it costs more to hire the workers. Don't buy their sob stories folks, they're a big part of the problem.

You'll notice the the Farm Bureau is involved in this as well. If you've got insurance with Farm Bureau, you're helping to subsidize illlegal immigration. They're using your own money against you.
