Mexican National Convicted of Selling Phony Social Security and Green Cards

    June 2, 2006

A Mexican citizen living in Waltham, MA was convicted today in federal court of illegally selling false green cards and social security cards.

Julio Reyes-Martinez, a/k/a CHUCHO, age 29, of Waltham, pleaded guilty before US District Judge Joseph Tauro to three counts of illegally transferring fraudulent documents.

At today's plea hearing, the prosecutor told the court that had the case proceeded to trial the Government's evidence would have proven that between September and December of 2005, Reyes-Martinez sold six sets of false documents, with one green card and one social security card in each set.

According to the prosecutor, all of the documents were purchased by witnesses working for ICE.

Reyes-Martinez was originally arrested on December 18, 2005, as part of an 8-person sting by ICE and the SSA-OIG targeting fraudulent document manufacturers and distributors working in the East Boston area.

Judge Tauro scheduled sentencing for June 28. Reyes-Martinez faces up to 15 years' imprisonment, to be followed by 3 years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine.

I doubt he will pay for this crime. We had 40 hispanics here that copied company payroll checks and cashed them. An investigation went on for a year, finally federal, state and local law enforcement raided the factory one day and arrested 40 of them most of whom were in possession of the drugs at the time of arrest. They were put in jail and the mexican consulate sent a lawyer down and got their bail reduced and they all got of jail and took off and never showed for a court date, no one knows who they are, they will never pay for these felony crimes. This must be one of the main purposes of the mexican consulate, because every time one of them lands in jail they call the mexican consulate and they come bail them out, then they take off never to be seen again.

    Who is in control?

This damn worthless, waste of taxpayer dollars, jackass defacto Mexican government is just as complicit as they allow the real U.S. Mexican government unchecked control and interference in our judicial system. Both corrupt and lawless governments are easing the transition from uncivilized and lawless illegal aliens to uncivilized and lawless citizens.

I wonder if Ted Kennedy ever reads about his own state in the newpapers. Judging by his attitude on illegal immigration, I doubt he reads ANYTHING current in the news.
