    Compromise bill passes, now heads to the House

    COLUMBIA -The Senate passed a new immigration reform compromise Wednesday evening that adds teeth to violations by employers and demands online verification of eligibility for employment.

    If the House agrees to it, the measure will be “the toughest anti-illegal-immigration bill in the country,â€

    He also objected to provisions that deny public services to illegal immigrants, saying he does not want to live in a state that would deny medical care to a sick child.
    Then MOVE! Taxpayers should not have to pay for the medical care of illegal aliens OR their kids! If they can't afford to be self-supporting, they do NOT belong here!

    When we were starting our family back in the 70's and 80's, 3 boys, we spent a lot of summers in Myrtle Beach and enjoyed every minute, including day trips as far south as Charleston. However, following this bill in the State house has really confused me. Will this Bill be strong or is this Political Double Talk?

    P.S. Is the Swamp Fox stiill in Myrtle Beach?
