WASHINGTON (AFX) -- The Senate Finance Committee will hold a key vote on legislation implementing the controversial Central America Free Trade Agreement on Tuesday morning, panel staff announced Friday. President Bush formally submitted the Cafta implementation legislation on Thursday. The pact would cover trade with Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic
