    Two quick items:

    1) A Democrat superdelegate wants $20 million for his vote–which he then pledges to fork over to Democrat Hispandering efforts to register Mexican-American voters.

Question: How did this guy become a superdelegate? What qualifications did he have to meet?

In this tight battle for the democratic nomination we’ve heard a lot about the candidates courting super-delegates.

The money from the sale is to "register more Hispanic voters" It doesn't have to be legal for that.

I believe the basic practice in question here is illegal.
(direct payment for a vote - in a quid-pro-quo fashion - is illegal).

It should be investigated by the FEC.
