Syracuse Police Seek Man Who Raped Young Girl
(KUTV) SYRACUSE Syracuse police are searching for a man they say raped an 11-year-old girl over the weekend.

Police say a family member caught 22-year-old Benito Martinez sexually assaulting the young girl Saturday morning at the girl's home.

Martinez had been living with the family and worked for the same construction company as one of the family members. He is believed to be an undocumented immigrant and may be headed back to Mexico.

Martinez stands about 5 foot 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

The same thing happened in South Florida involving a 10 year old. The illegal was doing landscaping for the homeowners. He was wanted for a similar incident as well. Unfortunately these bad incidents may be what it takes for people to see what chances they are taking by hiring this so called cheap labor.
