Almost 70 illegal immigrants were found inside the home. Border Patrol agents took them into custody. We learned the people came from El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, and Mexico.
It happened in at an abandoned home on Ridge and Alamo Road, across the street from PSJA Memorial High School. There’s no word if the high school was on lockdown.

Official: Nearly 70 immigrants detained during stash house bust

ALAMO - Soiled mattresses and blankets sat beside half-eaten plates of rice and sour cream.
A flame from a Virgin Mary candle flickered while pungent water drained from a pipe into the back yard — evidence of an immigrant stash house left empty after authorities raided it Monday morning.
U.S. Border Patrol agents received a tip of the suspected stash house at the northwest corner of Alamo and Ridge roads about 11 a.m. Monday.
Nearly 70 immigrants believed to have origins in Mexico, Guatemala and El Salvador were arrested, said Joe Treviño, a local Border Patrol spokesman. The suspected undocumented migrants will be processed and eventually deported.
Investigators did not find any suspected coyotes — or immigrant smugglers — during their search of the residents.
It remains unclear how long the immigrants had been hiding out at the unassuming house across from PSJA Memorial High School, a neighborhood with other abandoned homes and buildings.
But undocumented migrants typically stay in stash houses as a stopoff point after crossing the U.S.-Mexico border and before they secure transit further north, Treviño said.
