‘NO ONE HELPED ME': ILLEGAL ALIEN ARRESTED FOR ALLEGED SEXUAL ASSAULT

Illegal alien Allen Aleman-Olvias allegedly assaulted a Denver motel clerk after luring her outside last week by claiming his room key wasn’t working — before shoving her into a laundry room and attempting to rape her. It took days for police to arrest him and only one media outlet in the entire country reported it.

“This was definitely an attempted rape. This was not just drunken fondling: it went well beyond that. I have bruises under my arms, he was holding my arms and pushed me into the table,” the victim told local news outlet FOX31. She escaped and locked herself in her office to call 911.

Local police, however, bungled the case from the start thanks to a series of miscommunications: While the victim said she made it clear she narrowly escaped sexual assault, the dispatcher simply wrote down “intoxicated party, so police were unaware that an attempted rapist was on the loose, according to Glendale police Lt. Jamie Dillon. Responding officers escorted the man to his room, and didn’t take a statement from the victim.

Undeterred, Aleman-Olvias lurked in the stairwell next to the laundry room where he’d attacked the victim. As the frightened victim showed her boyfriend where the assault took place, they discovered him there and called police. Again, police did not arrest the illegal alien or take a statement from the victim. They ordered him off the property.

“He was waiting, he was waiting and he was sober this time. He was ready to hurt me,” the victim told FOX31. “No one helped me. No one helped me. They left me there to be attacked again, the police, my manager, Extended Stay America with no cameras. Everyone left me.”

But the heroic FOX31 communicated to police the victim’s insistence that her attempted rapist be arrested.

“It took FOX31 to get everyone to listen. He would’ve been loose to do it again, maybe worse,” the victim told the news outlet.

Unsurprisingly, detectives found Aleman-Olvias still at the hotel. The illegal alien, who ignored U.S. immigration laws, also ignored police who told him to leave the motel. He was charged with unlawful sexual contact and third degree assault, misdemeanors. Which, according to police, means it’s likely he won’t be deported. Had existing immigration laws simply been enforced, a 38-year-old motel clerk trying to scrape together a living in a bad economy wouldn’t have had to fend off an illegal alien rapist.

The Obama administration’s refusal to enforce existing immigration law while unlawfully doling out amnesty to illegal aliens is proving terrible for women and children. Breitbart News has extensively covered the barbaric rapes of women and children committed by illegal aliens.

Strangely, however, child rapists from the Third World roaming through our neighborhoods elicits virtually no media interest. Even FOX31, committed as it was to helping the terrified victim (who, feminists should note, called police immediately without waiting months to put a mattress on her back), treated the fact that Aleman-Olvias was an illegal alien as a interesting factoid, not a critical detail to a horrible case which never needed to happen.

This went on for two nights.
Sex crime suspect arrested thanks to FOX31 Problem Solvers

WATCH THE VIDEO REPORT AT THE LINK.

GLENDALE, Colo. -- An attempted rape suspect might have gotten away if not for the involvement of the FOX31 Denver Problem Solvers.

A 38-year old motel clerk at the Extended Stay America on 4444 Leetsdale Drive called Glendale police on Sept. 13 to report an attempted rape. The victim told a 911 dispatcher that a drunk customer lured her outside at 2 a.m., saying his room key wasn’t working.

Moments later, she said the suspect was pushing her into the guest laundry room.

“This was definitely an attempted rape, this was not just drunken fondling, it went well beyond that,” the victim said in an exclusive interview with FOX31. “I have bruises under my arms, he was holding my arms and pushed me into the table.”

The employee managed to escape and called 911 after locking herself inside the motel office. But instead of arresting the man, police took him to his motel room and left without taking a statement from the victim.

Reporter Rob Low asked the victim, “Did you make it clear to the dispatch operator that you were the victim of an attempted sex assault?”

    She replied, “I did.”

The next night, the victim returned to work, this time with her boyfriend. Just before 1 a.m., she showed her boyfriend where the attack took place, never guessing who she and her boyfriend would see at the stairwell next to the laundry room.

“He was waiting, he was waiting and he was sober this time. He was ready to hurt me,” the victim said.

“You could tell (the suspect) was just sitting there waiting, probably waiting for me to leave or something and I was like 'No, call the police,'” the boyfriend said.

But when police arrived, they still didn’t arrest the man. Instead, they ordered him off the property.

“No one helped me. No one helped me. They left me there to be attacked again, the police, my manager, Extended Stay America with no cameras, everyone left me," the victim said.

“Our dispatch unit ... we made an error and we appreciate you guys bringing that to our attention so that we could correct it right away," Glendale police Lt. Jamie Dillon said.

Dillon said the 911 dispatcher only typed “Intoxicated Party” into her computer system so the first time officers were dispatched they didn’t know the serious nature of the call.

“I think on the second night the management team was also becoming involved and they were not understanding the situation, so they were not pressing for an arrest," Dillon said. “They just wanted (the suspect) to leave the property and that's what was being communicated to the officers on the scene.”

Police returned to the motel a third time after the FOX31 Problem Solvers made it clear the victim wanted to press charges.

Detectives found their suspect, 34-year-old Allen Aleman-Olvias, supposedly banned from the Extended Stay America, still on the property. He has been booked for unlawful sexual contact and third-degree assault.

“It took FOX31 to get everyone to listen. He would’ve been loose to do it again, maybe worse,” the victim said after learning of the arrest.

Aleman-Olivas was being held in jail without bond Tuesday night. Police said Aleman-Olivas is in the country illegally but might not be deported because he only faces misdemeanors.

Calls and emails to Extended Stay America were not returned.

Sex crime suspect and illegal alien skips court; originally arrested after Problem Solvers inquiry

    POSTED 5:13 PM,
OCTOBER 2, 2015, BY ROB LOW

GLENDALE, Colo. — A sex crime suspect only arrested after the FOX31 Problem Solvers stepped in appears to have slipped through the fingers of the criminal justice system yet again.

Allen Aleman-Olivas, 34, failed to show up at Arapahoe County Court on Friday morning on misdemeanor charges of unlawful sexual contact and assault.

He was booked Sept. 17 for an attempted rape at a Glendale motel where the victim worked.

The 38-year-old victim, whose identity is being protected, came to the Problem Solvers after Glendale Police failed to arrest the man.

“No one helped me. No one helped me. They left me there to be attacked again,” the victim told FOX31 Denver.

She said a motel customer tried to force her into a guest laundry room and sexually assault her. Police responded to the attack but only sent the man back to his room. The next night, the victim returned to work with her boyfriend at the Extended Stay America, where the pair encountered the same suspect in the stairwell.

Despite another call to 911, the man was simply kicked off the property but not arrested. Glendale police told the Problem Solvers that officers failed to arrest the man the first two times because dispatchers only mentioned an “intoxicated party,” not a sexual assault.

“We’re not perfect people and if we make a mistake we definitely want to correct it as quickly as possible,” Glendale police Lt. James Dillon said.

After the Problem Solvers told Glendale police the circumstances and made it clear the victim wanted to press charges, officers quickly apprehended Aleman-Olivas.

He was booked in the Arapahoe County Jail and Glendale police said it notified the Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement that Aleman-Olivas was a native of Mexico working in the United States illegally.

But ICE did not seek a detainer for Aleman-Olivas and he was released from jail on Sept. 18 after posting a bond of $1,750.

His alleged victim said she wasn’t the least bit surprised when he didn’t show up to court Friday morning.

“I expected it. Why would you start following the law now?” she said.

She doesn’t understand why ICE didn’t put a hold on Aleman-Olivas.

“That’s a real concern, that you’re here illegally and you wouldn’t just immediately be taken back out of our country, especially that you`re here committing crimes against women,” she said.

A spokeswoman for the Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement told FOX31 Denver that she was working on a statement but would not be able to meet our Friday deadline.

A spokesman for the Glendale Police Department said officers immediately began looking for Aleman-Olivas on Friday when it learned a bench warrant had been issued for his arrest.

Glendale police Capt. Mike Gross said he learned from the suspect’s boss that Aleman-Olivas had been spotted Thursday in New Jersey.

The work crew Aleman-Olivas travels with has apparently started a new job in the Garden State and police admit it’s unlikely the suspect will face extradition for a pair of misdemeanor counts.

The victim said the whole experience has been.“Mind-boggling, I thought they would protect me,” she said.

It is just another display that a nation of laws means NOTHING when no one gets those laws enforced. This nation needs an overhaul for the White House courthouses and law enforcement all inclusive now!

Why does it matter that it's a "misdemeanor"? The law doesn't give you any exemption to be in this country illegally, whether you commit a misdemeanor or a felony. You're supposed to be deported if the only law you broke was US immigration law. It's crazy to wait to deport them until they commit misdemeanors let alone felonies. It's madness.
