    USCIS Director Assures Illegals Executive Amnesty is Permanent

    by Tony Lee 16 Dec 2014, 11:50 AM PDT

    On Monday, one of President Barack Obama's top immigration officials assured illegal immigrants that Obama's executive amnesty will be permanent.

    Addressing an immigration conference in Los Angeles on Monday in Spanish, Leon Rodriguez, who heads U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), told illegal immigrants to "stop worrying" because "in every moment that an American president has created a new immigration program, that program has been respected by other presidents," according to an Associated Press report.

    After enacting his executive amnesty, Obama said that a future president could "theoretically" unravel his executive amnesty but claimed, despite polls that have found that a majority of Americans oppose his unilateral action, the public would not support a reversal. He told a Nashville audience last week that he thought it was "not likely" that a future president will "reverse everything we've done" on amnesty.

    Pro-amnesty advocates at the conference said they are trying to find as many illegal aliens as possible to sign up for executive amnesty to make it tougher for Republicans to "take it away."

    SEN MIKE LEE – NEW ICE CHIEF BELIEVES ILLEGALS HAVE “RIGHT TO AMNESTY” – THAT’S JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE

    One of those last minute nominees that Harry Reid managed to get through before the end of the lame duck session was that of Sarah Saldana as the head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It would more appropriately now go by the acronym ICN, for non-enforcement, but that would involve an admission of their true agenda by the regime. It doesn’t matter, their goals are obvious.

    She was not selected for the position by the Obama regime due to any love for her country or the rule of law. In fact, those qualities, to whatever degree she may possess them would have been negatives in her evaluation process under the criminal administration. Their presence in her character composition seems to have been sufficiently minimal as she was nominated and successfully forced through.
    She’s been working closely with Johnson since he came to DHS so he knows she’s fully onboard with assisting him in his plotting and carrying out of the invasion of America. That willingness to subvert the Constitution and the laws of the United States was surely her most notable attribute during the evaluation process.

    Senator Mike Lee doesn’t think she’s at all suited for the position. He noted that she responded to questions he submitted that she believes the illegal amnesty recipients have a “right” to citizenship and admitted that she would help Obama subvert the very immigration laws she is now charged with enforcing.

    During the confirmation process, Senator Lee noted that Hussein Obama has subverted the democratic process and the “constitutional order” with his unilateral illegal amnesty declaration. He said it was incumbent on Senators to “oppose that usurpation of legislative power” and defend the rule of law.

    Senator Lee described his vote against Saldana as “fulfilling that duty” and voiced concern that “her commitment to the rule of law may falter.”

    He described as an “extraordinarily bold assertion” her agreement with the architect of the treasonous open border policy, DHS Chief Jeh Johnson, that illegal alien border-crashers who are “eligible” for executive amnesty have “earned the right to be citizens.”
    Senator Lee said to “assert that citizenship… is a matter of right and that it has been ‘earned’ by the very act of breaking our immigration laws” is an “unacceptable view” for someone nominated to head ICE.

    He added that her admission that she supports the illegal amnesty means that she “affirmatively supports subverting those very same laws that she would be called upon to implement and execute.” It is a common sense their not unlike excluding bank robbers from consideration as candidates for a position driving a Brinks truck.

    Lee made his view, and that of the founders of our nation, that rather than act dictatorially, Obama must work with the Congress to change laws he doesn’t like. He says as things are, the regime has “talked themselves” into violating the law and acting “outside the constitutional process.” He indicated Saldana’s confirmation would only serve to further exacerbate that situation.

    Amnesty for illegal aliens is indeed unacceptable, especially originating from the executive branch, which is charged with enforcing the laws, not with abrogating, annulling, or rewriting the laws, and especially not with creating new law out of whole cloth, as in this egregious overreach of Constitutional authority.

    But even more unacceptable, to me at least, is that the vast majority of Americans are floating downstream in a bubble of illusion, without a prayer in the world. We seem to be blissfully unaware that the U.S. is no longer a sovereign and independent, self-directing and self-governing nation. Following a silent coup d'etat on Nov. 4, 2008, by the confederation of all of her enemies*, the U.S. became a colony of that confederation of enemies under its proxy, the Obama usurpation, with its Democrat/Socialist fellow travelers in the NWO way and its relatives in the Mus1im Brotherhood and Dar al'Is1am.

    Yet to pray to our Savior Jesus Christ for salvation from the current, ongoing subjection and subordination to America's enemies * is neither recognized nor permitted in public, even in most churches.

    THIS IS TSLAM.

    * Iran, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and other OIC states; the Mus1im Brotherhood and its many offshoot terrorist groups, al Qai'da, Hezbollah, Hamas, C.A.I.R., Elijah Muhammad's Nation of Is1am, ISNA, ISIS and other Syrian rebels who received Russian-made shoulder-fired SAMs through Benghazi and then Turkey, etc.;

    the Eurocentric globalist banksters (Rothschild, Rockefeller, Warburg, Kuhn-Loeb, Morgan, Mellon, Carnegie, Lehman Bros., Goldman Sachs, et al) who harvest the wealth of their colony with QE1, QE2, QE3, etc..

    the former Soviet bloc, Communist China, their satellites (Cuba and North Korea) and their allies (Tehran, Pakistan, Burma, SCO or Shanghai Pact countries, Syria, Yemen, the Sudan, Zimbabwe, Venezuela and the rest of South America except for Paraguay);

    the Latin American drug cartels (Gulf, Sinaloa, and others), beneficiaries of Fast and Furious;

    the Chicago Machine, the Mob, the SEIU, ACORN and its little oaks;

    the homosexual agenda and the Anti-Christian Litigation Units;

    and many more groups that seek to take down America than I can enumerate.

    One man's terrorist is another man's undocumented worker.

    Unless we enforce laws against illegal aliens today,
    tomorrow WE may wake up as illegals.

    The last word: illegal aliens are ILLEGAL!
