Arizona Poll: 64% Say No to Anchor Babies

According to this site, Title 8 of the U.S. Code defines gaps about citizenship left by the Constitution. Perhaps it is possible to change the law to have any child born here of an illegal deemed declared a citizen of the illegal's mother's country, unless there is a citizen parent? Clearly there are already ways for a natural born citizen to lose citizenship that are not spoken to in the Constitution.
