Home Depot Survey on Bilingual Signs
I just filled out a survey for Home Depot. In addition to typical questions about service and products, they asked several questions about language: have I noticed there are bilingual signs; if they were removed would I be able to navigate the store, and how would I feel about Home Depot if they were removed. The survey is attached to a receipt, which includes being entered for $5000 gift card.
You have to have made a purchase because the receipt provides a user ID and password to the survey. I assume each is unique.“Claiming nobody is listening to your phone calls is irrelevant – computers do and they are not being destroyed afterwards. Why build a storage facility for stuff nobody listens to?.” Martin Armstrong
