I know where most Alipac's peoples sentiments are on here but there is actually a big down side. A criminal charge is more easy to appeal than having it be a summary process which is what the Mexicans have for illegal aliens there.

Three weeks time and if you want a redress you have to do it from the outside.

The only real beneficiares of making illegal aliens entry and residence here a felony are going to be those immigration lawyers.

Folks, the government is plenty devious and may be trying to 'play' us on this one. Enforcement of EXISTING law should be the rallying cry.

Just like guns, we don't need any MORE LAWS, we need the ones we have ENFORCED!

Richard, I hear what you are saying. But I still think that THEY and anyone who aids and abets them should be labeled a FELON for the time being. We can always go back and amend that law after they all get the hell out of here but I think that this one law alone would help to get rid of them.

I don't care if they do have to go thru the courts. They're not doing anything about the problem now. Besides, for every day an illegal is in court, another US citizen could be working for one day at least.

Exactly, Had-Enuf, and if they are a little more scared to go parading around, they won't be so anxious to get in the lines with their hands out, either. I say throw the book at them. If they cared about themselves or their families they wouldn't be here.
