    It's still 98.6% "YES". US-English has been around as an organization for years. Their goals are admirable, but the way I always saw it was that the need for an official language in the U.S. was one more symptom of the underlying problem of too much immigration and therefore it was better to put whatever little resources I had into correcting the root of the problem rather than the symptom. US-English says that the current high level of immigration isn't the problem per se (in the letters that I receive from them), but the problem is the lack of an unifying language. I voted "YES" because I don't oppose making English the official language of the U.S., I just wish we hadn't gotten to the point that we need to do it -- if we can.
