    It is worth mentioning that after then Pres. Reagan busted the airlint traffic controller union that packing plants started "trading" packing plants. Closing the union plants, leave then sit for a while vacant, then sell them to another packer. That packer would open a non-union plant. It went on for several years until nearly all of them was reopened under NEW ownership. Another Reagan legacy.
