I have a BA credit card. I called the CSR and he entered my complaint into their system. IMO, they are breaking the law and being unAmerican.

He also commented that he had received other similar calls. He said he couldn't comment on the validity of my statement, but that evey comment is reviewed.

So, if you feel the same way and have a BA credit card, call the customer service number on the back of the card and complain.

You can do it in Spanish if you wish.
