Are Privileges Given to Those in ICE Facilities Appropriate for People Who Entered the U.S. Illegally?

Illegal immigrants in a Level 1 Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility receive extensive health care, special meals, hair salon for the female detainees, a library including law books and access to Lexis Nexis legal cases as well as fitness and movie nights. Do you think these privileges are appropriate for someone who entered the U.S. illegally?
