[Watch] Senator Grassley – This Amendment Would Make America No Longer America

Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) gives a civics lesson to the Democrats who are taking the first step towards the elimination of America’s Constitutional Bill of Rights.
Grassley points out the inability to self-govern without freedom of speech, and that is the very issue that is the focus of the nefarious Democrat actions.
He points out that our constitutional rights are individual, they are not collective. The socialists and the Democrat progressives attempt to skew that distinction, as cover.
Grassley reminds the chamber that, as our Declaration of Independence states, our constitutional rights come from God, not from the government or from the public.



The senator points out that the stakes “could not be higher” for Americans who value their freedoms.
He says this amendment would make America no longer America, and he intends to do whatever he can to stop it. He urges others to do the same.

Dear friends for a long time I have been warning about the similarities of the government of Fidel Castro and that of Comrade Obama and it is really getting to the point that I am realyy upset that they are so called Americans that still support this regime and the agenda to destroy America Comrade Obama and his minions have.
The disdain they expressed should tell you they do not care what criticism comes tier way as their agenda is set and they will continue whether is constitutional or not.
This latest move to free a deserter in exchange for 5 notable Taliban leaders speaks volumes. Soldiers are speaking about this man and calling him a traitor, the emails from his father to the Taliban leaders expressing that he wanted to release all the prisoners in Gitmo and denouncing our country because of the crimes committed against the people of Afghanistan should tell the story about this TRAITOR.
As usual Comrade Obama and his minions ignore the critics and continue their merry way.
Their philosophy of degrading the military, divide, reestablish a racial divide, destroy the economy, dissolution of traditional marriage,gender divide,destruction of morality and more attack to Religion and traditional values . Should tell the story.
I have absolutely no respect for those that chose to stay by the side and watch were by apathy, ignorance, cowardliness or pure stupidity prefer not to get involved. I saw that happen once before in my lifetime and by the time they woke up it was too late. The destruction of the middle class is their number one priority.
I chose to speak up and urge all of you to finally stand up let your voices be heard and put a stop to this attack to the American way of life and the ideals and laws within our Constitution.

Harvard grad Senator Chuck Schumer thinks Jefferson wrote the Bill of Rights

Following Barack Obama’s “the United States has 57 states” and Rep. Sheila Jackson’s “The Constitution is 400 years old” epiphanies, we’ve now learned that Thomas Jefferson authored the Bill of Rights, thanks to the loquacious Harvard-educated Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-NY.
Unfortunately, Mr. Jefferson was American Minister to France during the deliberations over the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and James Madison must receive the credit for shepherding the two trailblazing documents to fruition.
During a debate in the Senate on Tuesday on a new Democrat-sponsored constitutional amendment, Schumer said, “I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on what’s being proposed here, he’d agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute.”
In essence, the proposal supported by 41 Senate Democrats, and an Independent aims to muzzle free speech, by granting the government absolute control over campaign financing by individuals, groups and corporations. It stands zero chance of passage and it is highly unlikely that the author of the Declaration of Independence would ever have countenanced granting such power to any federal authority.

Ted Cruz: The Senate Will Vote This Year To Repeal 1st Amendment

“This year, I’m sorry to tell you, the United States Senate is going to be voting on a constitutional amendment to repeal the First Amendment,” Senator Ted Cruz stated at a Family Research Council pastors retreat recently.
He states that 41 Democrats are going to attempt to censor political speech, making it illegal for anyone to speak disparagingly about politicians.
“What it says is that politicians in Washington have unlimited constitutional authority to muzzle each and every one of you if you’re saying things the government finds inconvenient,” Cruz said.
Here we are, the death of our country is at hand. Political leaders are preparing to fully squash dissent – one hallmark of a totalitarian government.
This is so strikingly despotic that one would think it couldn’t be enacted upon average Americans, especially conservatives…at least right now.




This being true one would assume that, just like the NDAA (a law that enables the government to ‘disappear’ you without due process), the intention is to pass this law now and wait to fully enforce it until after our country is engaged in civil war or under martial law.
Of course, they could try to enforce it with the intention to help get the war started. They are so incredibly overt in their anti-American activites now it’s easy to assume that civil war is on their agenda.
