2 dead, 4 injured in shootings across Denver Sunday

DENVER - In all three shootings, a fight started inside, spilling into the street, resulting in shots fired.
All of the shootings happened before 2 a.m. Sunday. Denver Police don’t have any suspect information in any of the cases.

A large party inside of a building in an industrial park near Cherokee Street and Arkansas Avenue ended in shots fired right next to the railroad tracks. One man died on scene and another went to the hospital with a gunshot to the hand.

A house party on the 5500 block of Carson Street, near 56th Avenue and Chambers Road also ended in the street with shots fired. One man died.


Denver Police tweeted around 10:30 a.m. Sunday detectives are now investigating this situation as a homicide.

Finally, an argument inside a bar at 38th Avenue and High Street ended outside with shots fired. Nobody died in this shooting, but three people did go to the hospital.
