    They are doing the same thing in England. They had an article in the BBC about it, probably about a month ago. I have an older car, unless they give me an even up trade, it does me no good. 4000 isn't enough to then now have car payments again, higher insurance rates, and with rising gas prices, it's still gonna leave me paying out at a time when I can't afford any increase of expenses.

    Exactly what I was thinking, crazybird. Pass the FairTax, get people all their money they earn and work for and get the government out of our consumerism. Americans know what they can and can do, along with what they want and don't want to do. They don't need this artificial manipulation by the US Goobermint or any state Goobermint for that matter.
