    Neither the passage of time nor the passing of the man has dulled the strength and truth of the words and warnings of President Ronald Reagan, the "Gipper."

    His words, for example, concerning government, were, "Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it."

    Reagan helped cause this mess we are in with illegals, so no thanks. I don't know how people can be so blind.

    As a former Reagan Republican, i would have to agree in retrospect that the '86 Amnesty was the worst political decision in his career besides letting the Japanese bankrupt our steel industry.
