Report: Bundy Family Unearths BLM Mass Cattle Grave

“I feel that this needs to be put out for the public to see”

    Mikael Thalen
    Infowars.comApril 20, 2014

New photos released by the Bundy family Sunday provided more evidence to the claim that the Bureau of Land Management was illegally killing and burying confiscated cattle.
Image: Cattle Grave (Bundy Ranch Facebook).

Posted to the official Bundy Ranch Facebook page, the gruesome image shows several dead cattle being removed from a makeshift grave discovered just this weekend.
“Digging up 1 of the HUGE holes where they threw the cows that they had ran to death or shot,” the picture’s description reads. “I feel that this NEEDS to be put out for the public to see.”
The picture backs up reports by several people including Nevada assemblywoman Michele Fiore, who commented on the BLM’s cattle graves last Tuesday.
“Near their compound, right off the highway, they were digging holes,” Fiore said. “They tried to bury some cows on the compound, but I guess they didn’t dig the hole deep enough, so they throw a cow in and they put dirt over him and you have cows’ legs sticking up out of the dirt.”
Fiore also displayed several photos on her Twitter account Sunday, labeling the incident the “BLM Massacre.”

Although the BLM’s court order only permitted the agency to seize Bundy’s cattle, federal agents have thus far already admitted to shooting and killing two prized bulls, claiming the animals were a “safety hazard.”
Image: Prized Bull (Bundy Ranch Facebook).

Video from the area also revealed holes in water tanks, a smashed tortoise burrow, as well as destroyed fences and water lines.
“They had total control of this land for one week, and look at the destruction they did in one week,” Corey Houston, family friend of Cliven Bundy, told Fox News last week. “Nowhere in the court order that I saw does it say that they can destroy infrastructure, destroy corrals, tanks … desert environment, shoot cattle.”
Separate images taken from an airplane also uncovered hundreds of cattle stuffed into small pens on a BLM compound, prompting the FAA to order a no-fly zone over the area.
Despite a clear and violent overreach by the BLM, Nevada Senator Harry Reid has responded to the incident by calling Bundy and his supporters “domestic terrorists.”
“There were hundreds, hundreds of people from around the country that came there,” Reid said at an event in Las Vegas. “They had sniper rifles in the freeway. They had weapons, automatic weapons. They had children lined up. They wanted to make sure they got hurt first … What if others tried the same thing?”
Unsurprisingly, proof of automatic weapons being present during the stand off between peaceful protesters and the BLM was not provided by Reid. Video of the incident also clearly shows only men and woman, most of whom were unarmed, lined up peacefully.
Whether it be assaulting a cancer survivor, attacking a pregnant woman, tasereing protesters, killing animals or unleashing an attack dog, all extreme behavior has exclusively come from the BLM.

Bundy Ranch Finds BLM Dumped Their Cattle in Mass Graves – Lots more than Just 2 Bulls

As many of us were allowed to enjoy a peaceful holiday weekend with our families, the Bundy's were still busy trying to clean up the damage left in the wake of the standoff. This weekend a shocking report came of more of the Bundy Cattle found dead and placed into mass graves at the hands of the BLM (Bureau of Land Management). Here are just a couple of photos posted over the weekend by the Bundy Ranch Facebook Page.

“Digging up 1 of the HUGE holes where they threw the cows that they had ran to death or shot. I feel that this NEEDS to be put out for the public to see.”

    “More pictures. Please share!”

Does this look like the BLM cared anything about the treatment of those cattle? Previously we had reported that many of the Bundy cattle were found shot and laying about the land.
The Bundy Family posted this status on their Facebook page over the weekend:
In all honesty I never remember reading that the BLM would be shooting cattle. The only thing I have read/heard said they would be moving them and auctioning them off.

Understand that this is beyond the cattle and it is overall about freedom but this is one of many incidents where the corrupt and unjust government is taking away OUR freedom little by little.

The running to death of cattle and the shooting of cattle to allegedly save the tortoise is justified?

We The People need to realize that this is unjust.

We ask that you do not attack someone personally, but we ask that you educate them! Lots of people are confused and don't know the full story, if you know why we are standing for this then educate others, spread the word, and We The People will right this wrong together.

    Thank you – Bundy Ranch.

I don't know how anyone could look at those pictures and not understand that this is personal. The Bureau of Land Management did not care about those cows. If you still have doubts you might look at this aerial photo taken about a week and a half ago.

As you can see from the image, these cattle were being forced into very small holding pens. God only knows how much they were fed and watered. There are reports of helicopters being used to "bring in the herd" and cattle dying of heart attacks on the range. It is interesting to note that shortly after this photo was taken, a "no fly zone" was declared above the area.
Despite the beliefs of some, including Bundy's Daughter, I don't really think the BLM cared if these cows ever made it to auction. If they did, they didn't care what kind of price they might bring.
This was never about trying to recoup any investment or about administering justice. It was simply about putting Cliven Bundy out of business so that "progress" could take over.

Oklahoma Militia Pledges 50,000 Troops to Support Cliven Bundy

Oklahoma Militia Pledges 50,000 Troops to Support Cliven Bundy

    Dean Garrison 4 mins ago

You've got a bunch of people there trying to take the law into their own hands and they shouldn't be doing that. And the Bureau of Land Management is not government-owned, it's publicly owned. There's a big difference there. I blame both sides. -Jim Inhofe, Republican U.S. Senator from Oklahoma

I'm not even sure what Jim Inhofe is talking about. The Bureau of Land Management has a government website (www.BLM.gov) and is part of the Department of Interior. As far as being publicly owned, if he is trying to say that the BLM answers to the public then that is supposed to be the case with our entire federal government, of which he is part. I am unsure what "government-owned" is supposed to mean, quite frankly, because "We the People" own this government.

    They work for us.
    Period.
On Easter Sunday, a story broke from the "Sooner State" that the main stream media was, as usual, not quick to cover. It seems that the Oklahoma Milita has pledged their support to Cliven Bundy and vows to take up arms against the BLM if needed. Several members of the Oklahoma Militia
are already in Nevada and the members at home are seeing a similar BLM land grab developing
    along the Red River.
    News Channel 4-Tulsa reports:
OKLAHOMA CITY - A land dispute in Nevada between rancher Cliven Bundy and the federal government began decades ago.

The Bureau of Land Management says Bundy was allowing his cattle to graze illegally which triggered a round-up of about 400 head of cattle last week.

Bundy claims his family's cattle have grazed on the land since 1870 without interference from the government.

However, the Bureau of Land Management says Bundy hadn't paid his grazing fees since 1993.

Over time, officials say those fees have amounted to more than $1 million.

As authorities herded the cattle, a standoff was sparked with members of the militia.

Organizers with the Oklahoma Militia say they have members in Nevada who claim Bundy's cattle were unlawfully herded by the bureau.

The Oklahoma Militia says it is made up of nearly 50,000 volunteers.

Members say they are taking Bundy's side and fear this practice could spread to the Sooner State.

Scott Shaw said, "Evidently in America we don't actually own the property anymore if you ever did."

Shaw says Oklahoma Militia members are ready to take up arms against the federal government if needed.

Nearly 50,000 members? That's a lot of rifles.

There are a lot of elected servants out there who are not understanding the seriousness of this situation. This is not about stuffy meetings and government red tape. We are not operating by the rules of bureaucrats anymore. The American people have seen another case of lawlessness and intimidation, and they have reacted.
I guess Harry Reid can add 50,000 new domestic terrorists
    to his growing list.
The federal government needs to be extremely thoughtful of how they might proceed with the Bundy situation because things could explode with the slightest misstep.

Statists Call For Drone Strike on Bundy Supporters

    April 21, 2014 4:44 pm

(Info Wars) – As a federal appeals court rules that the Obama administration must divulge its legal basis for launching drone strikes against American citizens, many statists opposed to Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy’s stand against the government are calling for him and his supporters to be the victims of what would be America’s first domestic drone attack.

Of course, it’s virtually inconceivable that the White House would launch a Predator drone strike against U.S. citizens, Harry Reid’s “domestic terrorist” slur not withstanding, but the mere fact that self-proclaimed liberals are openly calling for Bundy supporters to be massacred provides us with yet another chilling insight into the warped minds of statists.

The most egregious offense committed by Bundy supporters in the eyes of such people is the fact that a minority of Bunkerville protesters were carrying guns during last weekend’s standoff with heavily armed Bureau of Land Management agents.

SPECIAL: Modern Day Patriots, this is the time to stand shoulder to shoulder with our forefathers in Lexington and Concord. We need the Tea Party now more than ever.

This again underscores the rampant hypocrisy of leftists who grandstand as gun control advocates yet fully support the state having a monopoly on firearms. Hundreds of armed BLM agents seizing Bundy’s property while aiming sniper rifles at his family members and tasing them for exercising free speech is not only tolerated by liberals but enthusiastically supported. Indeed, it seems that many were disappointed that BLM agents didn’t follow through on the slaughter they promised during the standoff at Bunkerville.

Virtually every point of resentment directed against Bundy by leftists is borne out of repugnant duplicity and double standards, most notably the charge that Bundy is both engaging in lawlessness and is a “freeloader” for not paying grazing fees, a criticism liberals are perfectly willing to dispense with when it comes to the 12 million illegal immigrants living in the United States.

When a group of Occupy Wall Street demonstrators were brutally pepper sprayed during the infamous incident at UC Davis in 2011 (prompted by students flouting a law they saw as unjust), liberals were rightly outraged and their fury was shared by libertarians who have been speaking out against America’s burgeoning police state for years.

However, now that the shoe is on the other foot, liberals have chosen to either ignore the federal government’s targeting of the Bundy family and their supporters, or in some cases have adopted the role of cheerleaders in unashamedly urging actual bloodshed.

Kinda late on this, but I fully support a drone strike on Cliven Bundy.

OPERATIONS: BUNDY FREEDOM / RESTORE RULE OF OUR LAWS / PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH
---> VITAL SPECIAL REPORT <--- WHO OWNS NEVADA LANDS? STATE OF NEVADA OR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT?
-> ALL AMERICANS, PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO YOUR FAVORITE FOX NEWS PROGRAMS; THEY REALLY NEED HELP WITH THEIR RESEARCH.

Do the Fed’s Really Own the Land in Nevada? Nope!

Posted on April 19, 2014 by Martin Armstrong
    Nevada-Protest

QUESTION: Is it true that nearly 80% of Nevada is still owned by the Federal Government who then pays no tax to the State of Nevada? This seems very strange if true as a backdrop to this entire Bundy affair.

The truth behind Nevada is of course just a quagmire of politics. Nevada was a key pawn in getting Abraham Lincoln reelected in 1864 during the middle of the Civil War. Back on March 21st, 1864, the US Congress enacted the Nevada Statehood statute that authorized the residents of Nevada Territory to elect representatives to a convention for the purpose of having Nevada join the Union. This is where we find the origin of the fight going on in Nevada that the left-wing TV commenters (pretend-journalists) today call a right-wing uprising that should be put down at all costs. The current land conflict in Nevada extends back to this event in 1864 and how the territory of Nevada became a state in order to push through a political agenda to create a majority vote. I have said numerous times, if you want the truth, just follow the money.

The “law” at the time in 1864 required that for a territory to become a state, the population had to be at least 60,000. At that time, Nevada had only about 40,000 people. So why was Nevada rushed into statehood in violation of the law of the day? When the 1864 Presidential election approached, there were special interests who were seeking to manipulate the elections to ensure Lincoln would win reelection. They needed another Republican congressional delegation that could provide additional votes for the passage of the Thirteenth Amendment to abolish slavery. Previously, the attempt failed by a very narrow margin that required two-thirds support of both houses of Congress.
    1864-Elections

The fear rising for the 1864 election was that there might arise three major candidates running. There was Abraham Lincoln of the National Union Party, George B. McClellan of the Democratic Party, and John Charles Frémont (1813–1890) of the Radical Democracy Party. It was actually Frémont who was the first anti-slavery Republican nominee back in the 1940s. During the Civil War, he held a military command and was the first to issue an emancipation edict that freed slaves in his district. Lincoln maybe credited for his stand, but he was a politician first. Lincoln relieved Frémont of his command for insubordination. Therefore, the Radical Democracy Party was the one demanding emancipation of all slaves.

With the Republicans splitting over how far to go with some supporting complete equal rights and others questioning going that far, the Democrats were pounding their chests and hoped to use the split in the Republicans to their advantage. The New York World was a newspaper published in New York City from 1860 until 1931 that was the mouth-piece for the Democrats. From 1883 to 1911 it was under the notorious publisher Joseph Pulitzer (1847–1911), who started the Spanish-American war by publishing false information just to sell his newspapers. Nonetheless, it was the New World that was desperately trying to ensure the defeat of Lincoln. It was perhaps their bravado that led to the Republicans state of panic that led to the maneuver to get Nevada into a voting position.

The greatest fear, thanks to the New York World, became what would happen if the vote was fragmented (which we could see in 2016) and no party could achieve a majority of electoral votes. Consequently, the election would then be thrown into the House of Representatives, where each state would have only one vote. Consequently, the Republicans believed they needed Nevada on their side for this would give them an equal vote with every other state despite the tiny amount of people actually living there. Moreover, the Republicans needed two more loyal Unionist votes in the U.S. Senate to also ensure that the Thirteenth Amendment would be passed. Nevada’s entry would secure both the election and the three-fourths majority needed for the Thirteenth Amendment enactment.

The votes at the end of the day demonstrate that they never needed Nevada. Nonetheless, within the provisions of the Statehood Act of March 21, 1864 that brought Nevada into the voting fold, we see the source of the problem today. This Statehood Act retained the ownership of the land as a territory for the federal government. In return for the Statehood that was really against the law, the new state surrendered any right, title, or claim to the unappropriated public lands lying within Nevada. Moreover, this cannot be altered without the consent of the Feds. Hence, the people of Nevada cannot claim any land whatsoever because politicians needed Nevada for the 1864 election but did not want to hand-over anything in return. This was a typical political one-sided deal.

Republican Ronald Reagan had argued for the turnover of the control of such lands to the state and local authorities back in 1980. Clearly, the surrender of all claims to any land for statehood was illegal under the Constitution. This is no different from Russia seizing Crimea. The Supreme Court actually addressed this issue in Pollard’s Lessee v. Hagan, 44 U.S. 212 (1845) when Alabama became a state in 1845. The question presented was concerning a clause where it was stated “that all navigable waters within the said State shall forever remain public highways, free to the citizens of said State, and of the United States, without any tax, duty, impost, or toll therefor imposed by said State.” The Supreme Court held that this clause was constitutional because it “conveys no more power over the navigable waters of Alabama to the Government of the United States than it possesses over the navigable waters of other States under the provisions of the Constitution.”

The Pollard decision expressed a statement of constitutional law in dictum making it very clear that the Feds have no claim over the lands in Nevada. The Supreme Court states:

The United States never held any municipal sovereignty, jurisdiction, or right of soil in and to the territory of which Alabama, or any of the new States, were formed, except for temporary purposes, and to execute the trusts created by the acts of the Virginia and Georgia legislatures, and the deeds of cession executed by them to the United States, and the trust created by the treaty of the 30th April, 1803, with the French Republic ceding Louisiana.

So in other words, once a territory becomes a state, the Fed must surrender all claims to the land as if it were still just a possession or territory.

Sorry, but to all the left-wing commentators who call Bundy a tax-cheat and an outlaw, be careful of what you speak for the Supreme Court has made it clear in 1845 that the Constitution forbids the federal rangers to be out there to begin with for the Feds could not retain ownership of the territory and simultaneously grant state sovereignty. At the very minimum, it became state land – not federal.
