Thread: Borders wide open yet body scanners for Americans

These body scanners are increasing in number across the country. Privacy advocates are roaring. But probably more important and less discussed is the radiation affects upon our health. No amount of radiation is safe. Supporters say the radiation is just a little bit; however, these scanners are taking a full body x-ray, so I doubt it is harmless especially for those who frequently travel. One brave pilot stood up, and he should be embraced.

Borders are wide open, yet the focus is on patting down and looking at our full bodies as we travel from city to city. Yet they want our complacency with foreigners that we know nothing about running across the border and residing in our communities. It doesn't add up.
