Democrats Caught on Video Admitting Illegal Campaigning In Texas

We all know that Democrats in numerous locations were conducting voter fraud in the 2012 primaries and general elections. Dead people, pets and non-citizens were voting for their favorite Democrats. Here in the Cincinnati area a nun was found to have filled out absentee votes for others and a Democratic poll worker used absentee ballots to vote for a number of family and friends. Voting machines were programmed to change Romney/Ryan votes to Obama/Biden votes and in some areas like Cleveland, 149 precincts reported 100% of the vote went to Obama, and this is unheard of in such highly contested elections.

One of my favorite instances was when Project Veritas caught Pat Moran, the son of US Rep. Jim Moran, admitting on camera how someone could vote for a 100 other people. At the time, Pat was the Field Director for his father’s election campaign and was paid as a full time worker by the campaign.
Now Project Veritas has uncovered another case of widespread voter fraud and illegal campaigning by Democrats in Texas. The group known as Battleground Texas has ties to the old ACORN, the group caught in illegal activities and who employed Barack Obama as an attorney. Field Organizer Jennifer Longoria of Battleground Texas was caught on video describing how they go out to get people to register to vote. Then they take that information and enter the person’s name, address and phone number in their own database which is then used to call them to urge them to vote for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis.

In the video, Longoria is heard saying:

“So every time we register somebody to vote, we keep their name, number.”

The Project Veritas undercover person asks:

“That’s from the voter registration form?”

Longoria responds:

“That data collection is the key.”

When James O’Keefe of Project Veritas checked with the Texas Secretary of State, he was told that it is illegal to take personal information including telephone numbers off of voter registration forms. Alicia Pierce from the Secretary of State office stated:

“Section 13.004 speaks for itself.”

This seems to be typical of liberal Democrats. Since their number one Democrat in the White House cares nothing for the laws of the land, why should the rest of them? They feel that the end justifies the means, regardless of how illegal the means are. And they will continue to do so more and more as long as they can get away with it.

Hopefully Longoria and Battleground Texas will be charged with the crime and be shut down by the Secretary of State’s office. Since their database contains the illegally gathered personal information of an unknown number of people, it should be confiscated by the state to make sure the group can no longer utilize it.
