FROM STNG WIRE, SUN-TIMES, PIONEER PRESS REPORTS
A man whose dismembered body was found in bags in an Oak Park alley Wednesday morning has been identified Thursday.
Rafael Ramirez, 18, of the 2700 block of North Nordica Avenue in Chicago, has been identified as the victim, according to Oak Park police. He was identified by various body markings.

Hate to say it, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit. Haven't heard of other gangs that weren't of the latino group doing stuff like this. They just shoot you and leave you.....they don't do this mutilitation stuff....yet.
