Zachary Thomas Bailey, 50, was arrested and fired from Florida's Department of Corrections after a woman on parole filmed him allegedly raping her.

A Florida parole officer is behind bars after a woman on probation allegedly filmed him raping her.

Zachary Thomas Bailey, 50, was caught in the act during one of two attacks at the woman's Coral Springs home after telling his alleged victim that he needed to do a "study" there, police said.

Bailey instead blocked her from leaving her bedroom and then forcefully put his hands down the front of her pants, she told police.

"Mr. Bailey, you can't do that. What are you doing?" she recalled the fighting scene in a police report obtained by WSVN.
He left, she said, but her nightmare apparently didn't end there.

The crooked officer returned the next day she said but this time she equipped herself with a cellphone set to record their encounter while fearing that local authorities wouldn't believe her.

Again Bailey forced his way into her bedroom with her and after getting her on her bed he asked for a massage, she told police.

When she declined he took off his clothes and ordered her to perform oral sex on him. When she again refused he put on a condom and raped her. The used condom was recovered at the scene, according to the police report.

Adding to the woman’s terrifying ordeal, she told police that her daughter was in the next room.

"The victim said, 'This is rape. This is rape. I don't want you to do this,'" Coral Springs Police Lt. Joe McCue recalled her words heard in the video to WSVN.

"Unfortunately, she was in fear that if she reported this, he would violate her probation and put her back in jail," McCue said.
Bailey was fired from the Florida Department of Corrections on Wednesday, where he had worked for more than25 years.
Authorities are asking that anyone else who may have also been abused by Bailey to contact police.

"Don't be afraid your probation is going to be violated. It's very important that you come forward," McCue said.
