The DHS plans were drawn up by CFR members in 1998. The CFR is a council set up to turn the United States over to NWO. The plans got brought before the house 3/21/2001, six months BEFORE 9/11. It's all been a lie that DHS was in response to 9/11. DHS was set up by the bankers to police us, not protect the country. Bush’s grandfather, Prescott Bush was one of the bankers and helped finance Hitler and tried to overthrow the US government in the 1930s and put Nazis in charge.
