Kansas To Eric Holder: "Jump Up And Bite Us, And Then Try Reading The Constitution, Whydontcha?"

I'm totally loving Kansas right now, y'all.

In case you missed it, back in April, Kansas passed this bill called the Second Amendment Protection Act, which is pretty self-explanatory – it was passed to protect the Second [COLOR=#67B045 !important]Amendment rights of Kansas citizens from an over-bearing [COLOR=#67B045 !important]federal government. Mainly assclowns like Eric Holder. You know.
And wouldn’t you know it - Eric Holder got his panties all up in a wad over this bill and sent a letter to Kansas to try to be all tough-guy over it:


And the plot thickened on this little drama when last Thursday, [COLOR=#67B045 !important]Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, fired back with THIS letter:[/COLOR]


Something to note is the epic rant on interstate commerce power and Congress’ over-reaching and over-assertion of its regulatory authority in that realm ("For the past 80 years...."). And BUUUURN on the Fast and Furious comment, huh?

That was especially fun to read.

Ah, Kansas. How I love you this week. You keep on keepin' on, Sunflower State.
