How many drug lords did not make that list?
There is only one rich South American that I know of that helped the poor and that was Pablo Escobar. He used that drug money to help the poor in Columbia.

Lorenzo Zambrano has been very farsighted if not generous in his donations. The donations help expand the sales of his product cement.

I have personally met Moise Safra and spoken on the phone with Isaac Saba Raffoul. Safra was at a synagogue grand opening and Saba Raffoul was interested in buy a pasta consumer brand.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

POWER & GREED. Same reasons why Bill Gates lies about needing more H1B visas.

I am not surprised that the rich don't help the poor... it's been like that for a while, everywhere not just the US.
