Man arrested with machine guns identified

SAN DIEGO — A man who had four unregistered machine guns and hundreds of rounds of ammunition in his car when he was arrested in Pacific Beach was identified Monday as 36-year-old Jason Hilliard of Lake Elsinore, authorities said.

Officers were trying to pull Hilliard over Wednesday for driving erratically when he crashed into another vehicle, said Special Agent Michael Hoffman of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Officers, who found the machine guns and ammunition among six firearms, also located a ski mask, duct tape and a large overcoat in the vehicle.
Agents determined four of the guns had been illegally converted from semi-automatic firearms into machine guns, Hoffman said.

A subsequent search of Hilliard's home turned up nine more guns, thousands of rounds of ammunition, a silencer and two pipe bombs, the special agent said.

The explosives, made from PVC pipes with caps at either end with screws inside, were disarmed by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department Bomb Squad.

"One can only imagine the death, destruction and mayhem that this one individual could have inflicted with those machine guns and pipe bombs," said John A. Torres, an ATF Special Agent in Charge from the Los Angeles office.

Hilliard, who is being held without bail, appeared in San Diego federal court Friday on charges of possessing an unregistered machine gun. He has a detention hearing scheduled for Tuesday morning in which a judge will decide if he should be granted bail and possibly be released from the Metropolitan Correctional Facility downtown, Hoffman said.

The special agent said Hilliard has no known criminal record. Investigators are still trying to determine his motive for collecting the arsenal.

BATF spells CRIMINALS

This blog has a love affair with the FBI, Border Patrol, US Marshals, CIA, Military Intelligence and even the armed Federal Postal Inspectors, but equally it holds with disdain the reprehensible thugs who inhabit the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and (now) Explosives for the terrorizing it carries out against American Citizens.
Who ever dreamed up putting guns, smokes, booze and explosives under one taxable roof in a group of thugs who invade FBI, IRS and every other law enforcement body must have been smoking dope while reading Mao's little red book.

New information has reached this blog from government sources that from 2004 to 2008, BATFE was not completely deployed in America.
Take a guess where the thugs were hanging out?

Iraq of all places.

Now I ask Americans, what on earth is a federal agency being deployed in an international arena?
I mean what was BATFE doing? Collecting taxes on al Qaeda beer, Taliban smokes, Iranian bombs and Russian AK 47's?

This kind of nonsense is ridiculous in the first place as this is CIA, FBI and DOD areas of oversight when combined with the Iraqi government.
In the second ranking, just wait until you find out what these thugs graduated to once outside of the United States.

It is a fact that BATFE 'special agents' were deployed inside of Iraq doing who knows what really.
There is another fact that these BATFE 'special agents' by miracle logged in EXACTLY 16 hour days to the minute in the 5 years they were playing maverick.

Imagine that how incredible that is and was. To the precise minute they were working exactly 16 hours as day and apparently then immediately jumping into bed to sleep, but not having any time to eat, drink, shower nor sleep or even poop for 5 years as they were either busy working 16 hours a day or sleeping the normal 8 hours.

The real factually amazing thing was is these agents who are being paid a base STARTING SALARY of $108,000 a year, plus benefits, were padding their time by claiming overtime. That is what the exact 16 hours a day working scam was all about.
These BATFE criminals, who then lied in federal reports, stole from the American taxpayers over $4,000,000.00 (4 million dollars) in this fraud.

Isn't that literally rich. Agents who have no business in God's green earth being sent to a foreign country as THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER IRAQI'S and are getting in the way of legitimate CIA, FBI and DOD areas of operation, let alone Iraqi government agencies, were earning 6 figure salaries which was not enough, so they all decided to steal another 4 million dollars.

Now while Eric Holder and Barack Obama are trying to make criminals out of government attorneys, judges and exposing health professionals who consulted with the DOD on interrogation to murder by al Qaeda, they don't seem to be able to see an entire criminal enterprise being operated inside the United States Government at the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives which needs indictments, prosecution and jail time.

The BATFE gives all law enforcement a bad name which is only equal to those prick federal wildlife wardens who show up and rapid slam empty firearms from sportsmen which is equivalent to if a police officer opened and slammed each of your car doors hard a dozen times.

It is past time that Congress shuts down BATFE. The FBI belongs in charge of the firearms and explosives. Drug enforcement should be in charge of the alcohol and tobacco. Taxation on all belongs to the IRS.
There is absolutely no reason for this agency which seems to have it's own aircraft, own expense accounts, ties up military services and now has it's own embezzlement wing.

Stealing 4 million dollars is a crime and the BATFE must face criminal charges as there is no way even in the Bush administration their head did not notice 16 hour days and all that bogus overtime payment.
Iraq was literally nothing more than a money laundering operation for BATFE. They sent select agents to Iraq in order to create massive retirement packages in an ultimate money fraud scheme.

America might never really know where hundreds of millions of dollars disappeared to in Iraq by the fraud there, but America does know where 4 million dollars was stolen.
These are felonies and numbers of BATFE belong in prison right along side the people they have been harassing in America and making criminals out of.

When will justice be done?

Where is the puppy press?

Where is the big brother Obama administration on this one?
