REPORT: ISIS opens a consulate in TURKEY for recruitment

So much for Erdogan’s claim that he isn’t supporting ISIS. According to the Turkish newspaper, Aydınlık, ISIS has opened a consulate in Ankara, Turkey in order to issue visas to those who want to join ISIS and fight in Iraq:

It has been reported that the fundamentalist terror organization ISIS has very recently opened a consulate in Ankara, Turkey.
The terror organization the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) has reportedly opened an embassy in the Turkish capital Ankara and started to issue visas to those who want to join the jihadist fight in Iraq.
The Turkish ruling AKP government has apparently provided great conveniences to the terrorist organization during negotiations to secure the return of 49 Turkish diplomats who were kidnapped in the Turkish Consulate of Mosul by ISIS terrorists.
The website, which appears to be belong to the consulate, indicates that visa applications can be sent to isisturkey@gmail.com and the official address is stated in Çankaya district of Ankara.

This same newspaper also reports that the AKP government lets ISIS operate ‘easily’ in major Turkish cities without being bothered by police. Talk about ‘great conveniences':

A number of anonymous security officials have told Aydınlık Newspaper that the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) is able to operate easily in major Turkish cities due to the ruling AKP government’s tolerance towards the organization.
“ISIS militants are so relaxed that they do not even cut their beards, change their clothes to hide their identities [in cities]. Of course, there are some who do. But organisers do not think that they need to hide themselves. They act as they wish in Istanbul, Konya, Gaziantep and Hatay.”
Upon the question why the government does not do something about it, security officials responded: “Militants operate either in police or gendarmerie areas. It is not possible that their operations are not within their knowledge. But the government does not order forces to do something. We hear some really astonishing things. The headquarters send orders to units. They say us not to stop or fine some cars. We have heard that some of these cars belong to ISIS militants. What do you expect the security forces to do then?”
According to the officials, militants rent luxurious houses in some elite neighbourhoods of Istanbul. “They especially prefer villas next to each other in complexes. They use one of those as an office, but nobody knows what they do in other villas. They also have women with them. For instance, they rent a lot of villas in the Kızılcahamam district of Ankara. Turkey is full of ISIS houses.”
Militants drive minibuses with black windows around the city and get together in houses to plan, recruit and organize the money traffic. The seniors of the organization control over the others in nearby cities.

Media and security officials in Turkey claimed that ISIS has established a consulate in Ankara and also has around 700 bureaus stationed near mosques in Turkey. So what is Erdogan planning?

Aydınlık, a Turksih Newspaper, famed to have published details of wiretapped conversations between Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and North Cyprus’s Mehmet Ali Talat in 2009, has now leaked that The Turkish ruling AKP government has apparently provided great conveniences to the terrorist organization ISIS during negotiations to secure the return of 49 Turkish diplomats who were kidnapped in the Turkish Consulate of Mosul by ISIS terrorists.
“The website, which appears to be belong to the consulate, indicates that visa applications can be sent to isisturkey@gmail.com and the official address is stated in Çankaya district of Ankara” Aydinlik reported.
It is also claimed on the website that those who get injured during a war deserves treatment, no matter at which side they are.
“Our army continues with its operation to clean out Kobani district of Iraq. 471 terrorists were killed and unfortunately there were children among them,” writes the alleged website of ISIS.
In addition, a number of anonymous security officials have told Aydınlık Newspaper that the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) is able to operate easily in major Turkish cities due to the ruling AKP government’s tolerance towards the organization.

Security officials also claimed that ISIS has around 700 bureaus around mosques in general. They even reportedly preach in some mosques in the Black Sea Region. They gather in mosques after midnight.
In the meanwhile, the strategy of Recep Tayyip Erdogan is becoming clearer, that is to use ISIS for his grand scheme to establish himself as the leader of the region. “Airstrikes in Syria and Iraq by a U.S.-led international coalition will not permanently end terrorism, and the international community should be more active in establishing democracy in these countries”, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said.
It is obvious that Erdogan is using the Syrian unrest by raising objections to the US-led strikes especially that there were forty demonstrations last week against the US-led strikes in Syria which gains him more support within Syria itself. Turkey wants Syria and that was obvious when Turkish officials, including Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and Intelligence Chief Hakan Fidan, discuss at length on March this year, their intentions to have extremist groups in Syria carry out an attack on the Tomb of Suleiman Shah, the grandfather of the Ottoman Empire’s founder. This attack would then serve as a pretext for a land invasion into Syria–just days prior to the leak.
And now, in a wide-ranging speech at the World Economic Forum in Istanbul on Sunday, Erdogan said: “The aerial bombardments only provide a temporary solution” yet when it comes to Turkey’s contribution Erdogan stated that: “Turkey will take its place where it ought to be” while he criticized Germany for aiding the Kurdish peshmerga and complaining that such weapons could be captured by ISIS, or al-Qaeda.
Truth is, this has nothing to do with his disdain with ISIS but he does not want to strengthen the Kurds.
Erdogan claims that international terrorism has been boosted by inaction towards the Syrian regime stating:

“Establishing a representative parliamentary system is something that should not be further delayed in Syria. And reforms to have an all-embracing government in Iraq should be urgently realized.”

The Islamist always calls for “reform” when what he truly wants is the continual Islamic revolution in Syria:



And while Turkey set up tanks to supposedly show that it is fighting ISIS as the fierce battles rage over the mainly Kurdish city of Kobane, villagers their are complaining that they are fed up with how Turkey is handling the situation, saying the government has mainly focused on keeping the Kurdish minority from aiding fellow Kurds in Syria to fight ISIS.
On Friday Turkish security forces fired tear gas and water cannon to disperse Turkish Kurds attempting to cross the border into Syria to join the Kurdish forces fighting to prevent the Islamic State extremists from taking the town of Kobane.
So how does the American Joe understand Turkey’s actions here?
To keep it kiss, the American Joe understands what a slick-willy is. While Erdogan’s rhetoric against the Islamic State has increased, he continues to keep his territory off-limits to the U.S.-led coalition conducting airstrikes against ISIS while he even stops Kurds from defending their towns in Syria. The slick-willy Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, therefore, is playing a game; while he called the Islamic State as a rising threat, he also warned of the dangers of a rising Kurdish militancy by the outlawed PKK.
So instead of reading the worthless headlines, Joe should read between the lines, so when Erdogan says: “You can’t finish off such a terrorist organization only with air strikes. Ground forces are complementary ” he also plays as naive adding “Obviously I’m not a soldier but the air (operations) are logistical. If there’s no ground force, it would not be permanent,” said Erdogan, alluding to the necessity for ground troops in the area.
To Joe, this sounds as if the man is anti-ISIS.
But Joe needs to ask; whose ground troops will enter the Syrian region? Just look up Dabiq and now you know how the story ends.
While Erdogan suggests that western troops be placed in Syria and Iraq (which includes Turkish forces, of course), he knows that this isn’t a logical solution for the west. He knows western stamina for such a mission is not there. Even if the west did place ground forces, ISIS, just like the Taliban and Al-Qaeda, already masterminded how they can penetrate army bases and set explosions of the size of a mini-nuclear bombs (to watch some examples click here) and each nation will pull-back its troops. We have seen this over and over again, from Afghanistan to Lebanon when Hezbollah during the Beirut Barracks Bombings when two truck bombs struck separate buildings housing United States and French military forces killing 299 American and French servicemen. And if Reagan, the love of most Americans, pulled back and tuck tail, what would one think Obama will do?
It doesn’t matter how the west plays their chess pieces, sooner or later, the west will pull out and its checkmate for the Kings of Syria, Iraq and Egypt. Erdogan is playing the oldest game Islamists have been playing in Afghanistan and in Iraq that sooner or later, the cop will leave, and the thugs will resume their wheelings and dealings to loot, rape and pillage, as usual.


The 2011 Arab Spring paved the way for the two main thugs to divide the loot; much of Iraq will go to Iran while Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, North Africa, Sudan and Somalia will all go for Turkey and the United States will be as we say in the famous Arabic saying طلع من المولد بلا حمص he left the birthday party without eating any Hummus.

With each passing day the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) grows stronger and gains ground. ISIS rakes in an estimated $3 million a day from oil smuggling and other illegal endeavors, much more profitable than most businesses in the world. The terrorist organization has also been underestimated by the U.S., Syria, and Great Britain, laughing off recent airstrikes. Soon, it will be unstoppable.
Now, ISIS has reportedly opened an embassy in Istanbul, Turkey, which Obama called our “critical ally,” and has started to issue visas to new recruits who wish to fight in Iraq.
A website to obtain visas is located directly in the reporting article, which is written in Arabic.
The site also claims that militants who get wounded during jihad will be issued treatment at hospitals, courtesy of the new consulate:

Abu-Omar Al-Tunisi, the ISIS de facto head of foreign relations issued a statement, saying that the Islamic Caliphate is determined to launch its first diplomatic mission in a friendly and Muslim country. He further noted that the ISIS hopes that the bilateral relations with Ankara will witness more developments under the aegis of newly-elected President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, according to AWD.
The news of an establishment in Istanbul comes just weeks after the Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu confirmed that Turkish diplomats kidnapped in June were released by ISIS – very telling of the relationship the country has with the terrorist organization.
“We shouldn’t be remiss in understanding the great and risky mission our intelligence service accomplished in a meticulous prison exchange deal , thus we are sorry for those corrupt politicians criticizing us for negotiating with militants for the sake of securing the release of our brave diplomats,” said the populist Turkish leader, reports TRT via AWD.
A Turkish government spokesperson reiterated that he is not authorized to confirm or deny the opening of such a consulate in Istanbul.
