Senate Assault Weapons Ban Vote Imminent

ALERT: The Senate Judiciary Committee is getting set to vote on an Assault Weapons Ban Bill as well as a 10 round Magazine Capacity Limit Bill and three other Anti-gun Bills. Radical Senators are pushing for the bills to pass the committee vote - then for a full vote in the anti-gun Democrat controlled U.S. Senate.
The Second Amendment is under attack like I have NEVER witnessed before. Every asset we have has been put on the line to save our Second Amendment rights during this all out assault on weapons. But we are in serious trouble and desperately need your help! Radical Democrats have THREE MORE ANTI-GUN BILLS SET TO BE VOTED ON IN COMMITTEE S. 146, S. 374 and S. 150.

Feinstein's Assault Weapons Ban of 2013 that prohibits the sale, manufacture, transfer and importation of 157 of the most commonly-owned weapons is still being debated and may be used to give lawmakers from gun-friendly states a measure to oppose before they support the less ambitious bills that are due to come out of the Judiciary Committee.

In Congress' first gun votes since Obama issued his Executive Orders, the Senate Judiciary Committee voted Thursday on the Leahy Bill to toughen federal penalties against illegal firearm purchases, even as senators signaled that a deep partisan divide remained over bills banning assault weapons and expanding background checks to nearly all gun buyers face a tougher battle.
The Democratic-led panel voted 11-7 to impose penalties of up to 20 years for people who legally buy firearms but give them to someone else for use in a crime or to people legally barred from acquiring weapons.
EVERY SENATOR MUST HEAR FROM YOU - RAISE YOUR VOICE NOW before the anti-gun fanatics in the Senate tear apart the Second Amendment. It is imperative that we demand our Senator's vote NO to both of these anti-gun bills to protect our right to self defense and the Second Amendment.
The fanatically emotional anti-gun media war is expanding. The anti-gun extremists at USA TODAY resorted to a study,by the Boston Children's Hospital and suddenly produced and published it saying: States with more
gun laws
have less gun violence.
Since when does a children's hospital do gun studies
They must be desperate!
A detailed independent Harvard Study says there is no correlation between gun ownership and violent crime, with an emphatic NO! the study, shows a negative correlation: as gun ownership increases, murder and suicide decreases.
The Harvard study appeared in Volume 30, Number 2 of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy (pp. 649-694), set out to answer the question in its title: "Would Banning Firearms Reduce Murder and Suicide? A Review of International and Some Domestic Evidence." The findings of two criminologists - Prof. Don Kates and Prof. Gary Mauser - in their exhaustive study of American and European gun laws and violence rates show that:
Nations with stringent anti-gun laws generally have substantially higher murder rates than those that do not. The study found that the nine European nations with the lowest rates of gun ownership (5,000 or fewer guns per 100,000 population) have a combined murder rate three times higher than that of the nine nations with the highest rates of gun ownership (at least 15,000 guns per 100,000 population).
The battle lines are wide and along with Feinstein scheming to get things passed in the Senate there are anti-gun democrats proposing similar bills in the House: Leaders of the GOP-run House have said they will act after the Senate produces legislation and deal with the Senate and following house bills on record.

  • H.R. 138 would ban transfer or possession of standard-capacity magazines, targeting those that hold more than 10 rounds.
  • H.R. 142 would ban Internet or mail order ammunition purchases, require a federal license for all ammunition sellers and mandate reporting of "bulk" ammo purchases.will keep yur gigs in prayer as well
  • H.R. 21 would ban all private firearms transfers.
  • H.R. 34 & H.R. 117 are both gun registration bills overriding long standing protections of gun owner privacy.

It is nothing new for these anti-gunners to try to exploit tragedies to push their anti-gun agenda. Even a study done by the Department of Justice said the proposed gun control legislation would do very little to nothing to reduce gun violence.
We must make Congress rightly realize that Liberals were not attempting to prevent crime; they were merely attempting to disarm law abiding citizens. And it is happening again. Ultra-liberal gun haters like Senator Diane Feinstein are using the Connecticut tragedy to support their bogus arguments for gun control. And when Feinstein and Obama say gun control, they really mean NO GUNS FOR ANYONE BUT THE GOVERNMENT ELITE.
Our Second Amendment was written so that Americans would have the right and the ability to PROTECT THEMSELVES both against crime and against the potential for tyrannical government elitists.
We cannot allow present day government elitists to disarm us. We MUST take a stand now and PROTECT OUR SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS before the Leftists strip us of our guns!
Sincerely Yours,
