    Obamacare Exposed by Texas Judge

Judge Kithil of Marble Falls , TX - HB3200 highlighted pages most egregious

Please read this..... especially the reference to pages 58 & 59

    JUDGE KITHIL wrote:

** Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally.

** Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

** Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

** Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)

** Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees.

** Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospitals will ration care according to the patient's age.

** Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception.

** Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years. (Death counseling..)

** Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order.

HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goes on:

"Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress. Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan financially sound for their future."

    Honorable David Kithil
    Marble Falls, Texas

These are parts I support. I know falls out of touch with many others here but well I am an independant who does on healthcare slide a little left.

I don't like the idea one doctor makes $100k a year but nextdoor another makes $500k a year. Healthcare and saving lives are not meant to be a get rich profession but a community service. One shouldn't be getting rich because one is doing a job thats meant to save peoples lives instead of ruining them financially.

Far as cancer care, in a perfect world we'd have no cancer or treating such would be free. But we're not in a perfect world and while I too would hate the idea of losing gran-gran to cancer money isn't infinite and we do need to try and do what we can for those who can do the most and help society. If theres a choice that HAS to be made save either a 15 year old or a 75 year old and you ONLY have the money to save one their should be no life "tenure". Save the one who hasn't had a chance to live their life, save the one that can still contribute to society as a whole and keep the system alive. Sure if can be great to save both but unless we keep believing money is infinite we can't.

I never saw it as "death panels". I saw that as no more then the far right trying to instill fear. I don't equate it to a Logan's Run style of telling someone they outlived their usefulness and its time to die. Simply talking over the situation such as healthy living, proper pain treatment, and proper pre-planning. How many today get caught up wasting taxpayers dollars because they don't even try and live semi healthier, or don't plan ahead and expect taxpayer bailouts?

But the rest went way way to far. I don't like subsidizing lazy Americans let alone the illegal population or any legal immigrant.

Honestly though I think if the far right stayed off the deathpanel talk and focused on other issues it may have been defeated by the moderate dems. But they focused on the possibility of the "death panel" part being turned to the worst negative instead of its intention. Same issue on how the liberals are turning Obama's eligibility onto Obama's birth place vs on the easier proven ineligibility simply because of his father, mothers age, and British Treaty. Cover up the real issue with less likely or harder to prove nonsense.

Teachers should be a community service also, right, but even making around $60 per hour, for hours worked, look at Wisconsin. You are assuming doctors are more community service-minded than teachers. The problem it's not a perfect world and without a monetary motivation, people are not going to put in the grueling hours to become a heart or brain surgeon, or they will steer clear of govt. work, if they are allowed to...if not, we have lost our freedoms. Because of the system, the U.S. attracts the best doctors in the world. In the UK, there are extremely long waits for specialists. It's getting harder to find doctors who will accept medicare, simply because of the pay, and the goal is to put everybody on medicare.

As far as death panels, in the U.K. that have a "Quality of Life Index" which, in essence, is how much are you worth in terms of cost to maintain your life. People don't want the govt. making those decisions. What happens when the govt. won't pay for a service or a medication, but will not allow you to pay for it on your own? This happens, because of medical rationing and it not being "fair" you can afford to pay and someone else cannot.

Take away all the stupid mandates, such as paying for hair transplants, and regulations, such as not being allowed to sell across state lines and insurance costs would be lower or stabilize. Create a system of insurance to assist those who can't afford it and dump this idea of national health care.
