    ObamaCare has Shamu jumping through hoops! SeaWorld just announced it will cap hours for all part-time workers, affecting 4,000 workers in Central Florida.

    This is exactly how ObamaCare devastates middle class Americans. It is time for Congress to acknowledge that ObamaCare isn't going to work and stop wasting taxpayer dollars on implementing a law that is hurting families living paycheck-to-paycheck.
