Supreme Court Says Mandatory Vaccinations Don’t Violate Children’s Constitutional Rights


The attorney for the three families made it clear that the issue is not going away, as the debate over mandatory vaccinations has reached fever pitch.

The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to hear a case challenging the state of New York’s public school vaccination requirement, which requires all children to be vaccinated prior to attendance at public school.
The SCOTUS’s failure to hear the case effectively states that mandatory vaccination of all public school children, doesn’t violate their constitutional rights.
A lower court had ruled that the school vaccination requirement, which three parents had legally challenged after their unvaccinated children were prohibited from attending school, did not violate the constitutional rights of the children.
The appeals court also upheld a decision that children exempted from vaccinations due to religious reasons could be prohibited from school attendance in the event of a disease outbreak that is vaccine preventable.
According to a report by the Associated Press:

In the New York case, two students who were not vaccinated on religious grounds were temporarily barred from going to school after a fellow student was diagnosed with chicken pox. The family of the third student challenged the statute after a judge denied her mother’s request for a vaccine exemption, finding that the mother’s concerns were primarily health-related and not based in religion.

The attorney representing the three New York families has made it clear that this issue is not going to simply go away, as the debate over mandatory vaccinations has reached fever pitch across the United States.
“I’m disappointed but I think there’s more coming,” attorney Patricia Finn said.
“Throughout the country… people are organizing and challenging these statutes,” Finn told the Associated Press by phone. “I don’t know why the (Supreme) Court didn’t take it. There’s far more coming.”
With California recently passing legislation requiring mandatory vaccination for public school, while doing away with any personal belief exemption, this issue is certainly far from decided.
While the Supreme Court may have simply ducked the issue for the time being, it’s almost a certainty that the legality of forcing vaccinations with no exemptions will end up being decided by the court.
It is important to note that this issue is not about being “anti-vax” or “pro-vax.” It is about the state mandating away your right to informed consent. Even if vaccinations proved to be 100 percent safe, which they are not, it would still be unethical for the state to mandate you put them into your body against your will.

  Mandatory vaccination does violate the Nuremberg code, which requires informed consent (emphasis on consent) prior to any medical treatment!

  The Supreme Court IS NOT the supreme law of the land; the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights is the supreme law of the land and it already declares a citizens rights without need of interpretation by SCOTUS. These rights are inalienable for all citizens, young and old.

  The oval office, the Supreme Court and the American government is de facto. We are being governed by bankers and their criminal institutions of banks, not the constitution. Unless we wake the flock up, we will continue on this slide into communism and tyranny.

  Mandatory vaccination, yet another violation of our rights. The gov’t constantly violates our rights.
  They violate the 1st Amendment by banning books like “America Deceived III”.
  They violate the 2nd Amendment by banning guns.

  Nowadays, the bought off clowns in the Supreme Court can rule that air can be privatized, so I am hardly surprised by this.

Oh, please.......

I have learned on this site to guess at the meaning of most of the posts , due to a constant lack of saying anything, so I have started taking both sides.

1.(positive) Cap I don't think you will have to ask for the Mandatory Vaccines. I am almost certain that you wont need to say "please". Saying "PLEASE!" wont get you out of the shot either.

2.(negative) Mandatory Vaccinations have been in the works for a long time. I could post many links to verify, but judging by your response(this being the negative context response), but I think it would be good for you to look it up yourself, plus the possibility of seeing a response that shows the effort you will go to in order to get away from what is happening. I think that the effort will give any meaning that your "Oh please..." comment didn't.

If you have something(meaning anything WORTH SAYING) to say, be a "Captain" and SAY IT.

I posted this only so others will know and to make others aware that there are individuals who either Consciously or Unconsciously try to discredit what really is a INCREMENTAL DISMANTLING OF THIS ONCE GREAT COUNTRY. (if Unconsciously, please do a self evaluation and LEARN as much as you can about "Cognitive Dissidence")

I guess "Captain" had a tough time searching for "Judicial Precedence".

Its not his fault. FOR SOME REASON OUR GOVERNMENT REGULATED Education System doesn't teach us ANYTHING about OUR Legal System, while EVERYTHING OUR "Officials" JUSTIFY THEIR ACTIONS under The Moto: "Ignorance of the Law is No Excuse".
OUR Legal System even uses a 3rd English Language to FURTHER the GAP between themselves and THEIR SUBJECTS. Blacks Law Dictionary 3rd Edition or higher is their book of Code to make assumption of meaning WRONG.(example below)

The initials of the Corporation that REGULATES OUR LEGAL System is The B.A.R. Association. Find out what it stands for.

example: When the FIRST question a Judge asks you when you are FORCED to go to Court is "Do you UNDERSTAND the Charges that are being presented to you today?"(also not Blacks Law CAN NOT BE FOUND ONLINE. I think "Oh Please..." is the UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE _________.
