HOUSTON, Texas — A Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy was shot execution style at a gas station while reportedly in full uniform. The deputy was filling up his patrol car. Witnesses told Breitbart Texas the shooter shot the deputy in the back of the head and then three times in the back. This tragedy comes within days of a group of Black radicals calling for “lynching whites and killing cops,” as Breitbart Texas recently reported. Witnesses also told Breitbart Texas that the shooter was a black male.

The shooting occurred late Friday evening in Northwest Harris County just outside of Houston. One witness who spoke to this writer said he knew the deputy personally and had just spoken with him about five minutes before the shooting.

He said he saw the man shoot his friend and speed off in a red pickup truck. He said he followed the truck for about two miles until he lost it at a major highway intersection. The truck turned onto Highway 6 from West Road and disappeared.

Deputies in the area confirmed they were indeed searching for a red Ford Ranger pickup truck.

Two teenage girls told Breitbart Texas they saw the shooter fire one shot into the back of the head of the deputy who was simply getting gas for his vehicle. After the deputy fell, they heard three or four other shots. According to the first witness, those shots were fired into the deputy’s back.

The execution of the deputy came just days after black radicals went on an internet radio show hosted from Texas and called for the lynching of white people and the killing of cops to “turn the tide” against blacks being killed by cops. Breitbart Texas reported on Friday morning the details of the radio show and the comments that were made.

One black man spoke up saying they needed to kill “cops that are killing us. The other black male on the show said, “That will be the best method right there.”

The shooter is described as male, dark complexion, five-foot-ten to six-foot. He was said to be wearing a white t-shirt and red shorts.

Witnesses said a LifeFlight helicopter came and picked up the deputy to take him to the hospital, but they believe he was dead at the scene.

The first witness showed this reporter a photo of the deputy with his children. He was highly emotional as he was speaking. “He was the best guy you can imagine as a friend,” the witness said. “He was always coming to me and asking if he could do anything for me.”

Breitbart Texas will follow this developing story.

These folks should be looked at as accessories to murder and charged. This is not "activism" it is hard core racism the like of which are preached by people like Al Sharpton and Louis Farrakhan. It is sickening what people will do and say to get attention. JMO

BLACK ACTIVISTS CALL FOR LYNCHING AND HANGING OF WHITE PEOPLE AND COPS

Members of the #FYF911 or #FukYoFlag and #BlackLivesMatter movements called for the lynching and hanging of white people and cops. They encouraged others on a radio show Tuesday night to “turn the tide” and kill white people and cops to send a message about the killing of black people in America.

One of the F***YoFlag organizers is called “Sunshine.” She has a radio blog show hosted from Texas called, “Sunshine’s F***ing Opinion Radio Show.”

A snapshot of her #FYF911 @LOLatWhiteFear Twitter page at 9:53 p.m. shows that she was urging supporters to “Call now!! #fyf911 tonight we continue to dismantle the illustion of white…”

SNAPSHOT Twitter Radio Call Invite – #FYF911

The radio show aired at 10:00 p.m. eastern standard time.
Radio Show screenshot as it appears on computer screen

During the show, callers clearly call for “lynching” and “killing” of white people.

A 2:39 minute clip from the radio show can be heard here. It was provided to Breitbart Texas by someone who would like to be referred to as “Hannibal.” He has already received death threats as a result of interrupting #FYF911 conference calls.

An unidentified black man said “when those mother f**kers are by themselves, that’s when when we should start f***ing them up. Like they do us, when a bunch of them ni**ers takin’ one of us out, that’s how we should roll up.” He said, “Cause we already roll up in gangs anyway. There should be six or seven black mother f**ckers, see that white person, and then lynch their ass. Let’s turn the tables.”

They conspired that if “cops started losing people,” then “there will be a state of emergency.”

He speculated that one of two things would happen, “a big-ass [R’s?????] war,” or “ni**ers, they are going to start backin’ up.”
“We are already getting killed out here so what the f**k we got to lose?”

Sunshine could be heard saying, “Yep, that’s true. That’s so f**king true.”

He said, “We need to turn the tables on them. Our kids are getting shot out here. Somebody needs to become a sacrifice on their side.

He said, “Everybody ain’t down for that s**t, or whatever, but like I say, everybody has a different position of war.” He continued, “Because they don’t give a f**k anyway.” He said again, “We might as well utilized them for that s**t and turn the tables on these n**ers.”

He said, that way “we can start lookin’ like we ain’t havin’ that many casualties, and there can be more causalities on their side instead of ours.”

“They are out their killing black people, black lives don’t matter, that’s what those mother f**kers … so we got to make it matter to them.”

“Find a mother f**ker that is alone. Snap his ass, and then f***in hang him from a damn tree. Take a picture of it and then send it to the mother f**kers.”

We “just need one example,” and “then people will start watchin’.” This will turn the tables on s**t, he said. He said this will start “a trickle-down effect.” He said that when one white person is hung and then they are just “flat-hanging,” that will start the “trickle-down effect.” He continued, “Black people are good at starting trends.”

He said that was how “to get the upper-hand.”

Another black man spoke up saying they needed to kill “cops that are killing us. The first black male said, “That will be the best method right there.”

Breitbart Texas previously reported how Sunshine was upset when “racist white people” infiltrated and disrupted one of her conference calls. She subsequently released the phone number of one of the infiltrators. The veteran immediately started receiving threatening calls.

One of the #F***YoFlag movement supporters allegedly told a veteran who infiltrated their publicly posted conference call, “We are going to rape and gut your pregnant wife, and your f***ing piece of sh*t unborn creature will be hung from a tree.”
Breitbart Texas previously encountered Sunshine at a Sandra Bland protest at the Waller County Jail in Texas, where she said all white people should be killed. She told journalists and photographers, “You see this nappy-ass hair on my head? … That means I am one of those more militant Negroes.” She said she was at the protest because “these redneck mother-f**kers murdered Sandra Bland because she had nappy hair like me.”

#FYF911 black radicals say they will be holding the “imperial powers” that are actually responsible for the terrorist attacks on September 11th accountable on that day, asreported by Breitbart Texas. There are several websites and Twitter handles for the movement.

“Palmetto Star” describes himself as one of the head organizers. He said in a YouTube video that supporters will be burning their symbols of “the illusion of their superiority,” their “false white supremacy,” like the American flag, the British flag, police uniforms, and Ku Klux Klan hoods.

Sierra McGrone or “Nocturnus Libertus” posted, “you too can help a young Afrikan clean their a** with the rag of oppression.” She posted two photos, one that appears to be herself, and a photo of a black man, wiping their naked butts with the American flag.
    Photo: Twitter/@NLibertusOnline

“Fuk Yo Flag (#FYF911)” describes the movement on its website as:

The most powerful movement in the world right now. We, the people, are psychologically and physically breaking free of the imperialist, colonialist, and racist empires by burning representations starting on September 11th 2015.
Why September 11th? We recognize that these imperial powers attacked their own citizens on 9/11 in an attempt to gain more power from its people.

We are not disrespecting any citizen that may have died during these attacks on this day, instead we are acknowledging that, from this day forward, we are holding ALL imperial nations responsible for their needless deaths!
On 9/11 we will be burning American flags, confederate flags, police uniforms, and ALL representations of organized evil and oppressive nations.

We also will be raising the Liberation flag and building on a new nation for the people. This is an INTERNATIONAL movement and a day of unity, progressive action, and liberation.

To all OPPRESSIVE AND ORGANIZED EVIL after #FYF911 the people will not be bound to you any longer!!
**** YOUR FLAG!! Hashtag #FYF911 to see what people are doing in your area.

NOW PLAYINGTexas deputy fatally shot execution-style attack

The man suspected of a killing a Texas county sheriff’s deputy has reportedly been arrested at the end of a successful SWAT scene.

Fox affiliate KRIV reports Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies captured the suspect in the murder of Deputy Darren Goforth early Saturday. The man was taken into custody at Pine Falls and Sunny Ridge in northwest Harris County, according to the station.

The suspect’s mother assisted law enforcement officers in the capture of her son, KRIV reports.

Goforth, 47, was pumping gas into his patrol car at a suburban Houston gas station when a man approached him from behind and fired multiple shots, Harris County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Ryan Sullivan told The Associated Press.

Texas sheriff’s deputy ambushed in ‘execution-style killing,’ manhunt continues

By Elahe Izadi August 29 at 3:05 PM

Houston police say 47-year-old Sheriff's Deputy Darren Goforth was filling his car up with gas when he was ambushed by a gunman and shot several times. He was reportedly a 10-year veteran of the force and leaves behind a wife and two children. (Reuters)

A Texas sheriff’s deputy stopped to fill up his patrol car at a Harris County gas station Friday night when a man approached from behind and “literally shot him to death,” Harris County Sheriff Ron Hickman said.

Deputy Darren Goforth, 47, died after being shot several times in what Hickman described as “an unprovoked, execution-style killing of a police officer.” Goforth, a 10-year veteran of the force, is survived by a wife and two children, ages 5 and 12.

The manhunt for the lone gunman stretched into Saturday afternoon as authorities pleaded for the public to provide any tips about the shooting. Investigators said they believed Goforth was targeted for his uniform and described the working motive as “absolute madness.”

But, in speaking about the incident, authorities also referenced the broader national conversation regarding the relationship between law enforcement and the communities they police. Hickman said there was a “dangerous national rhetoric” regarding police.

“At any point where the rhetoric ramps up to the point where calculated, cold-blooded assassination of police officers happen — this rhetoric has gotten out of control,” Hickman said. “We’ve heard ‘black lives matter,’ ‘all lives matter.’ Well, cops’ lives matter too. So why don’t we just drop the qualifier, and just say ‘lives matter,’ and take that to the bank.”

Goforth is the 23rd officer to be shot and killed in the line of duty this year, according to the Officer Down Memorial Page, a nonprofit group that tracks line-of-duty fatalities. Fewer officers were shot and killed during the first half of 2015 than during the same time period in 2014, according to the group.
The deputy had finished working a routine incident and stopped at a Chevron to pump gas into his car. “A male suspect came up behind the deputy and shot the deputy multiple times. The deputy then fell to the ground,” Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy Thomas Gilliland told reporters Friday night. “The suspect then continued over to him and shot the deputy again multiple times as he laid on the ground.”

A witness called 911 to report the shooting, Gilliland said. Hickman said the earlier incident Goforth worked and the shooting appear to be unrelated.

Police released grainy surveillance photos and guessed the suspect to be between 20 and 25 years old. He fled the scene of the shooting in a red or maroon Ford Ranger truck. Authorities spoke with an individual Saturday morning as part of the investigation, a Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman told The Post. No suspect has been named and no one has been taken into custody, Hickman said.

Surveillance footage shows several other people coming and going through the gas station at the time of the shooting, Hickman said.

“Please come forward if you have any information. It is time for the silent majority in this country to support law enforcement,” District Attorney Devon Anderson said at a Saturday news conference. “There are a few bad apples in every profession. That does not mean there should be open warfare declared on law enforcement. The vast majority of law enforcement are there to do the right thing.”

A representative with Houston-based 100 Club, a nonprofit organization that supports dependents of officers and firefighters killed in the line of duty, said the group will give $20,000 check to Goforth’s family to help “with immediate needs.”

“It’s a a very, very tough moment right now for the Harris County Sheriff’s Office,” Gilliland said. “I would ask that you keep us in your prayers and your thoughts.”

Texas sheriff’s office identifies defendant in deputy’s ‘execution-style killing’

By Elahe Izadi August 29 at 5:40 PM

A man arrested Saturday in the shooting death of a sheriff’s deputy at a Houston gas station Friday has been charged with capital murder, Harris County Sheriff Ron Hickman told reporters at a news conference Saturday evening.

Shannon J. Miles, 30, was picked up for questioning early Saturday, Hickman said, according to a Reuters report. The sheriff said the suspect apparently targeted sheriff’s Deputy Darren Goforth only because of his uniform.

Goforth had stopped to fill up his patrol car at a suburban Houston gas station Friday night when a man approached from behind and “literally shot him to death,” Hickman said.

“We have not been able to extract any details regarding a motive at this point. As far as we know, deputy Goforth had no previous contact with the suspect, and it appears to be clearly unprovoked,” Hickman said.

ALLEGED TEXAS COP KILLER CHARGED: ATTENDED SAME UNIVERSITY AS SANDRA BLAND

    Photo: Facebook/Shannon Miles

by BOB PRICE AND LANA SHADWICK
    29 Aug 20151,566

HOUSTON, Texas – Authorities in Harris County have identified the alleged killer of a Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy as Shannon Juruary Miles, 31. Breitbart Texas has learned that Miles has an extensive history with law enforcement in Harris County.

Miles is the registered owner of the 2002 red Ford Ranger that law enforcement appeared to search on Friday night outside the home where Miles lives. The Ford was being sought after police obtained security video from the gas station where Deputy Darren Goforth was killed. They also had a description of the vehicle from witnesses.

Miles is being charged with capital murder involving the killing of a police officer.

The suspect allegedly walked up behind Deputy Goforth and began shooting without warning. Sheriff Ron Hickman said, during a Saturday press conference attended by Breitbart Texas, that Goforths only “offense” was the clothing he was wearing (a deputy’s uniform.) This is the only profession there is where you can be killed simply for the clothing you wear to work, Hickman told reporters.

Authorities said they did not charge Miles last night because they were confirming facts. Police have now confirmed that a gun recovered by police is the murder weapon.

The extensive criminal history of the alleged cop killer includes trespassing, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, evading detention. It appears he had a state jail felony arrest for criminal mischief, but the charge was pleaded down to a misdemeanor charge.

Breitbart Texas obtained the following information from public court records:

Breitbart Texas has learned that Miles attended Prairie View A&M University, according to what appears to be his Facebook page. This is the school where Sandra Bland was arrested following a traffic stop and alleged assault on a police officer in July. Three days later Bland killed herself in the Waller County jail and became a prominent icon in the #BlackLivesMatter movement. It appears he attended the predominantly black university for one year from August, 2003 to May, 2004. Following that he attended other colleges including Houston Community College and the University of Houston Hilton College.

Following Bland’s suicide, daily protests have been held at the Waller County Jail. In one of these protests attended by Breitbart Texas, a self-proclaimed militant black woman said that all white people should be killed. A few days later, armed members of the New Black Panther Party marched on the jail chanting “the Revolution has begun, off the Pigs,” during another protest attended by Breitbart Texas.

Last week, Breitbart Texas reported that the Prairie View City Council voted to rename University Drive to Sandra Bland Parkway. Bland had moved back to Prairie View shortly before her death to work for the University’s alumni association.
During a press conference held in Houston on Saturday, Sheriff Hickman talked about the rhetoric about violence against cops was spiraling out of control.

Meanwhile, members of the community where Goforth lived and served are planning a prayer vigil to honor the fallen deputy.
Throughout the day, people have been building amemorial tribute to the deputy. The prayer vigil is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Saturday evening. It will be held at the scene of Goforth’s execution, the Chevron gas station and convenience store located at West Road and Telge Road in northwest Harris County.

Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson told reporters that it is time for the silent majority in this country to support law enforcement.

Miles is currently being held in the Harris County jail without bond.

Breitbart Texas will be attending this event and will bring more information about this developing story.

America needs to let go of misplaced wisdom about gun control. We need better mental health facilities and better psychology, like something dependable!
