1) an exemption for H-2B returning workers from the annual cap, potentially quadrupling the number of low-skilled H-2B guestworker visas that can be issued in FY2019;
2) an expansion of the H-2A agricultural guest worker program to cover year-round workers instead of just temporary or seasonal workers;
3) the defunding of a DHS rule implementing Attorney General Jeff Sessions' asylum ruling that would help close an asylum loophole; and
4) the lifting of the per-country caps for employment-based green cards.
Those are amendments to the Homeland Security Appropriations Bill, only 2 of those were Yoders and he withdrew support for 1 of them weeks ago.

It's not passed the House yet so that still has to happen and lots of things change during that process plus it still has to go to the Senate where even more changes will be made, then to Conference where even more changes will be made, but no more action on that bill until after the mid-terms.

What Trump signed Friday included this:

This spending package, which totals to $855 billion, is not just the continuing resolution. It is also the defense appropriation bill -- i.e. the funding (at a significant increase) for the Pentagon. It also includes the Labor, Health and Human Services and Education funding bills.

And of that $855 billion, $716 billion is for the Defense Department, plus the continuing resolution funds, plus Labor, HHS and Education.

Yes, I understand that. The bill he signed yesterday was for the Departments of Defense, Labor, Health and Human Services and Education. The bill with the wall funding is for the Department of Homeland Security that will be taken up by Congress after the mid-terms.
