ICE agents arrested Jaime Serrano-Sixtos on April 7 in New Orleans. Serrano-Sixtos allegedly was the leader of a kidnapping extortion ring in Guanajuato, Mexico.

Serrano-Sixtos, 49, had allegedly entered the U.S. illegally and was wanted by Mexican authorities since 2001, officials said.

ICE agents turned him over to Mexican authorities at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Nice, and we are going to give these people $1.4 billion in funds, as promised by GWB? Obama has promised 3 Blackhawks to Mex. These people are already here taking the shirt off our backs and sucking this country dry. Illegal drug gangs and hitmen already in 200 US cities because of open borders, and Phoenix shines as the kidnapping capital of the country.
There is a very easy answer: slam the borders shut! Then deport all the pro-illegal suckers, as we really don't need stupid bleeding heart citizens. And the majority, like the Catholic Church and some unions are bleeding hearts for financial gain, and politicos on that side are just hoping for more votes and redistricting to give them more power.
