Is there a Super Bowl type tense atmosphere beginning to surround the United States as Dec. 5, 2008, Supreme Court Day, quickly approaches us in a couple of days when the Supreme Court finally takes up the Obama eligibility fiasco?

However, the atmosphere feels more like one of fear and dread than one of joy and fun.

1. How will the Supreme Court rule in this on-going president-elect Obama eligibility fiasco?

2. I don’t know, but it seems that many posters on the web say that the Supreme Court will laugh at the Obama eligiblity lawsuits before them and dismiss them.

3. Myself, I don’t have any idea how the mighty Supreme Court will rule in this historical, unprecedented lawsuit challenging the eligibility of a president-elect.

4. One thing I am sure of: This Obama eligibility fiasco will NOT go away no matter how the Supreme Court rules on Dec. 5.

For instance, 2012: There is no way Obama will be allowed to put his name on state presidential primary ballots in 2012 unless he releases his Hawaii long form birth certificate—-the one with the doctor and birth hospital names on it—-and his birth hospital records, because there has been too much public outrage concerning the lax investigation procedures by the Democratic Party and by the Secretary of State in each state during this 2008 presidential campaign.

6. Again, I don’t know how the Supreme Court will rule in a couple of days on Dec. 5, 2008.

7. However, if the Supreme Court throws out/dismisses the Obama eligibility lawsuits on Dec. 5, this Obama eligibility issue is far from over.

8. the reason why is this: Not far down the road are the 2010 elections, the 2012 presidential primary season, and Nov. 2012 presidential elections, a time when the public will strongly demand to see a candidate’s long form birth certificate—the one with the doctor and birth hospital names on it—-and other documents like college records, before they will allow the candidate to put his name on the ballot.

9. Again, I am starting to feel very anxious as Dec. 5--- Supreme Court Day---slowly approaches, just like I feel when Super Bowl Sunday is just a few days away and my favorite team is playing in the game.

10. However, if my team loses to Obama on Dec. 5 in the Supreme Court, I and a lot of other Americans will experience a much greater sense of loss than one can experience in losing a football game like the Super Bowl.

BuzzCHICAGO — The U.S. Supreme Court will consider Friday whether to take up a lawsuit challenging President-elect Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship, a continuation of a New Jersey case embraced by some opponents of Obama's election.

The meeting of justices will coincide with a vigil by the filer's supporters in Washington on the steps of the nation's highest court.

The suit originally sought to stay the election, and was filed on behalf of Leo Donofrio against New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells.

Legal experts say the appeal has little chance of succeeding, despite appearing on the court's schedule. Legal records show it is only the tip of an iceberg of nationwide efforts seeking to derail Obama's election over accusations that he either wasn't born a U.S. citizen or that he later renounced his citizenship in Indonesia.

The Obama campaign has maintained that he was born in Hawaii, has an authentic birth certificate, and is a "natural-born" U.S. citizen. Hawaiian officials agree.

Among those filing lawsuits is Alan Keyes, who lost to Obama in the 2004 Illinois Senate race. Keyes' suit seeks to halt certification of votes in California. Another suit by a Kentucky man seeks to have a federal judge review Obama's original birth certificate, which Hawaiian officials say is locked in a state vault.

Other suits have been filed by Andy Martin, whose case was dismissed in Hawaii, and by an Ohio man whose case also was dismissed. Five more suits, all later dismissed, were filed in Hawaii by a person who is currently suing the "Peoples Association of Human, Animals Conceived God/s and Religions, John McCain (and) USA Govt." The plaintiff previously sought to sue Wikipedia and "All News Media."

The most famous case questioning Obama's citizenship was filed in Pennsylvania in August on behalf of Philip J. Berg and sought to enjoin the Democratic National Committee from nominating Obama. The U.S. Supreme Court declined to accept the case. Earlier, a federal judge rejected it for "lack of standing" — ruling that Berg had no legal right to sue. In cases like this, judges sometimes believe the matter is best left to political institutions, such as the Electoral College or Congress, said legal scholar Eugene Volokh of the University of California at Los Angeles.

The remaining case with the highest profile is Donofrio vs. Wells. Because it was distributed by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to other justices for conference, it gained undue importance for people unschooled in how the court works, Volokh said.

Many petitioners seeking stays of pending events have their cases distributed to the full court, he said. Of those, Volokh found that 782 were denied in the last eight years while just 60 were heard — and not all of those ultimately were successful.

Hospital after hospital in Honolulu all have NO RECORD of Obama or mother ever being there. Is this some state secret? Are we to believe that even the hospital that he was born in should remain secret? Why lie to us as if it matters I mean the man did win the Presidential vote? Why the lies and secrecy?

We already know that Obama’s family and the entire nation of Kenya (which is about to have a national holiday for Obama) know that Barack Obama was born in Mombasa Coastal Hospital in Kenya. The government of Kenya has sealed these records. More and more secrecy due to the fact that once proven, Obama will not be constitutionally allowed to become President of the United States!
All of these were called from November 20 - December 2nd 2008. It is confirmed, OBAMA not born in any hospital in Honolulu County! NONE FACT!

Only his original that he has sealed will have this info. Will the Supreme Court force it open and thus preserve the Constitution of the United States?

A. From Hawaii’s official Department of Health, Vital Records webpage: “Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country“ (applies to adopted children).
B. A parent may register an in-state birth in lieu of certification by a hospital of birth under HRS 338-5.
C. Hawaiian law expressly provides for registration of out-of-state births under HRS 338-17.8. A foreign birth presumably would have been recorded by the American consular of the country of birth, and presumably that would be reflected on the Hawaiian birth certificate.
D. Hawaiian law, however, expressly acknowledges that its system is subject to error. See, for example, HRS 338-17.
E. Hawaiian law expressly provides for verification in lieu of certified copy of a birth certificate under HRS 338-14.3.
F. Even the Hawaii Department of Home Lands does not accept a certified copy of a birth certificate as conclusive evidence for its homestead program. From its web site: “In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.â€

The Supreme Court plans to decide Friday whether to hear a case that could determine whether President-elect Barack Obama ever becomes the nation's full-fledged president.

The Supreme Court judges' conference today will consider the lawsuit filed by New Jersey attorney Leo Donofrio. He contends Mr. Obama is not a "natural born citizen," as the U.S. Constitution requires.

Mr. Donofrio concedes Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii. He argues, however, that Mr. Obama was a British citizen due to his father's British citizenship.

The judges' conference today resulted from more than a dozen lawsuits challenging Mr. Obama's right to be president based on his citizenship at birth.

Mr. Donofrio originally sued New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells seeking a court order to stop the Nov. 4 presidential election. That was denied.

At least four of the Supreme Court's nine judges must approve before the case is heard. It would mark the first time in American history the questionable citizenship of a winning presidential candidate would go before the Supreme Court.

Just thinking out loud:

1. If a person applies for a job with the U.S. Supreme Court, like an office clerk or a lawyer, does the person have to submit a valid long form birth certificate—the one with the names of the doctor and birth hospital on it?

2. Or, can the applicant submit his job application without any birth certificate at all?

3. Or, can the applicant, say, a lawyer, tell the Supreme Court personnel director something like this: “If you want to see my birth certificate, you can see it at my website, but I can’t give you a paper copy.â€

In 1981, when Pakistan was a forbidden travel destination for U.S. citizens carrying U.S. passports, how did Barack Obama II go to Pakistan and return to the U.S.?

If he used a freshly-renewed Indonesian or other foreign passport, he had to renounce his U.S. citizenship to get it. That makes him an illegal alien.
