Dear NH Rep. Bettencourt:

Please stand with the U.S. Constitution and your oath to support and defend it. Your loyalty must be to the Constitution and the Citizens of New Hampshire and not to the establishment Republican Party bosses in DC who wish to use the Constitution when it suits them and ignore it when it suits them. The Constitution is the fundamental law of our land. It needs to be enforced and protected equally for everyone. Does your bottom line loyalty to the party trump your loyalty to the Constitution? Search your conscience after reading the rest of my email and the attachments.

Never before in the history of our country have the major political parties allowed a person whose father was a foreign national and not a Citizen of the United States into the office of the Presidency and to gain command of our military.

Obama’s father was a foreign national and never was a U.S. Citizen or even wanted to be one. In fact, Obama’s father was not even an immigrant to this country nor was he even a permanent resident. Obama is not a “natural born Citizen of the United States” to constitutional standards. He is NOT constitutionally eligible to be President of the United States per Article II, Section 1. He should not be allowed on the ballot in New Hampshire since your 2010 election law requires the candidate to be a “natural born Citizen.” That was added to your laws since the 2008 election due to the Obama fiasco. Enforce your new 2010 NH election law change.

To be a natural born Citizen of the United States the person must be born in the USA to two (2) U.S. Citizen parents. That is the law of nature and said laws were referred to in our founding documents. That definition comes from natural law, the legal treatise The Law of Nations or Principles of Natural Law, Vol. 1, Chapter 19, Section 212, U.S. law via the Supreme Court decision of Minor v Happersett (1875) which was never overturned and other SCOTUS decisions as recent as 1939, and international law. Wong Kim Ark (189 only decided who is a born “Citizen of the U.S.” under the 14th Amendment, not who is a “natural born Citizen of the U.S.” under Article II. The words “natural born” do not appear in the 14th Amendment and only appear in the Constitution in Article II as to who can be the President, and then later per the last sentence of the 12th amendment who can be the Vice President.

Obama’s father was a foreign national and never a U.S. Citizen so Obama is born with dual Citizenship and dual allegiances and is NOT a natural born Citizen of the USA. Why both major political parties allowed this to happen in 2008 is beyond comprehension. But for the Republican Party to allow it to happen again in 2012 is completely unfathomable given how much more we have learned about the lack of Obama’s true legal identity and that he is using a forged, digitally-created birth certificate and a Connecticut SSN not legally issued to him.

Images on the internet are proof of nothing, especially when digital image and typography experts say the images are digitally-created forgeries and not scans of real paper documents. Read the attached essays and reports for more information on this subject.

It is time for you to stand up for your sworn solemn oath of office to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. It is time for you to stand up for your duty to protect the Citizens of New Hampshire from a person, Barack Obama, who is committing election fraud and identity fraud in your state. His signing the application to be put on the ballot in your state has created a legal NEXUS between him and the Citizens of your state and your state now has jurisdiction to investigate his election fraud and identity theft and fraud. He is perpetrating a false identity and documents on the Citizens of New Hampshire. Your state now has jurisdiction to investigate this man … Barack Hussein Obama II, or whoever he really is and whatever is real legal name is.

Please do the right thing by your oath and lead the effort in your state to call for a full and thorough investigation of Obama’s true legal identity, to conclusively determine it, under oath with sworn testimony, subpoenaed witness testimony including, if necessary, Obama himself, and certified true and correct paper documents with raised seals DIRECTLY from the original issuing authority (not Obama’s campaign or team) and subjected to forensic analysis by document experts. The Obama fraud and charade and deception of the electorate must be stopped. The ongoing constitutional crisis created by Obama must be ended. Please stand for the U.S. Constitution and the New Hampshire Citizens who are looked to vet candidates for President as an early primary state and demand an investigation immediately into the charges of election fraud and identity fraud perpetrated by Obama on the Citizens of New Hampshire. Do NOT allow the election fraud of 2008 to be repeated in 2012.

Peter Schweizer, in his superb book Throw Them All Out, wrote:

There is also something fishy going on in the state of New Hampshire.

The Obama’s trampling of the Constitution, endorsed by Congress, appears to reach all the way down to the New Hampshire Secretary of State’s office and the Ballot Law Commission.

In October 2007, Obama was not required to affirm that he met the Constitutional requirements outlined in Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the Constitution and, at least now, New Hampshire RSA 655:47, Declaration of Candidacy, stating:

• “I, _______________, swear under penalties of perjury that I am qualified to be a candidate for president of the United States pursuant to article II, section 1, clause 4 (sic, should be Clause 5) of the United States Constitution, which states, “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”

The Declaration of Candidacy, New Hampshire RSA 655:47, signed by Obama in October 2007 makes no mention of the Constitutional requirements for the Presidency.

Did New Hampshire election officials not adhere to the Constitution in 2007 and 2008 and was Obama not vetted by them for his Presidential eligibility?

At a hearing of the New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission on November 18, 2011 challenging Obama’s eligibility, his social security fraud and forgery, the commission dismissed the complaint.

If all members of the commission voting on November 18, 2011 are Democrats, like New Hampshire Secretary of State William Gardner, then it appears to be a violation of New Hampshire statute RSA 665:1.

All of the above follows a familiar pattern; endemic political corruption sanctioned by a compliant mainstream media designed to maintain the status quo, that is, treating ordinary Americans as cash cows to be milked by politicians for their own benefit and the benefit of their friends, children and contributors.

To preserve their lavish lifestyles, politicians continue to ignore and dispense misinformation about the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people.

Obama is, according to the U.S. Constitution, an illegal President, who has committed felonies both before and after occupying the Oval Office.

I have received hundreds of emails from readers, all of whom have written one or more letters to their members of Congress, only to be arrogantly ignored or ridiculed.

It seems no longer possible to seek the redress of grievances by petitioning Congress or expect its members to uphold the Constitution and champion equal treatment under the law.

The US Congress is dominated by incompetence, ambition and avarice. It has made itself a tyrant and has become a danger to the survival of the republic.

The Declaration of Independence states:

• “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it…”

Ordinary Americans are feeling disenfranchised and helpless by politicians practicing elective despotism.

By its actions, the corrupt permanent political class is leaving the American people no other option than outright rebellion to take back our government.

is enclosed. As a registered voter in Hawaii, I believe it is your sworn duty
to uphold the laws of this State. I urge you to do your duty as sworn by

COMPLAINT UNDER § 19-3 ELECTIONS FRAUD

I. § 3-171-3 Adoption, amendment, or repeal of rules.
When pursuant a petition therefore , or upon the chief elections officer's own motion, the chief election officer proposes to adopt, amend, or repeal a rule, the rule shall be adopted, amended, or repealed in according to procedures set forth in Chapter 91 and section 92-41, HRS § 3-171-4/ Conduct of hearing.
(a) The chief election officer shall afford all interested persons the opportunity to submit data, views, or argument.

(3)(b) The chief election officer or the designated representative shall conduct the public hearing.
Petitioners demand a public hearing seeking modification of elections rules in order to close an existing loophole, which allows an ineligible candidate to put his name on the ballot as a candidate for the U.S. President in violation of the Natural Born Citizen provision. Petitioners are seeking to add a procedure allowing members of the public and U.S. voters to inspect identification records and eligibility records of the presidential and vice presidential candidates, in order to uphold and protect citizens inalienable civil and human right to lawful elections, free of fraud and forgery.

This issue came to light during the presidency of Barack Hussein Obama.

Recently released passport records of his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, show that, after her second marriage, Ms. Dunham took the last name of her second husband and went by the name Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro. Today deputy Chief administrative judge of GA granted my motion for pro hac vice.

I was granted a right to represent clients at a trial regarding Obama's eligibility to be on the ballot in GA. This case is going to trial.

Lead plaintiff is David Farrar, retired employee of the court. Obama is represented by a private attorney Michael Jablonski. As a candidate he cannot use the Department of Justice to represent him. He has to pay private attorneys.

Atty. Orly Taitz's case in Honolulu, Hawaii, Taitz v. Fuddy, was to have been heard
on Nov. 30, 2011. She had persuaded Judge Rhonda Nishimura to allow the media,
Honolulu channels 2 and 8, to film the proceedings for delayed broadcast on TV.

But the clerk of court, Marlene N. Kazai, never gave Judge Nishimura the amended
pleading, which was mailed on Nov. 15th, and for which she signed a return receipt
on Nov. 21st. In fact, Dr. Taitz sent copies of the amended pleading in two separate
mailings, for which the clerk of court signed two receipts. Both packets were "lost".

Even though the judge was agreeable, Hawaii Deputy Attorney General Jill Nagamine
would not agree to the plaintiff arguing her case from the amended pleading that was
"lost", which the clerk of court received but the court could not find nine days later.
Dr. Taitz must fly back to Hawaii, so rescheduling creates a financial hardship for her.
