Have you called your congressman/woman or Senators to demand they hold hearings? Have you encouraged all of your friends, acquaintances and anyone else who would listen to do the same. Pressure on Congress comes from the people. If those who represent you don't hear from their constituents, and hear this is a "voting" issue, they won't bother to do anything.

Members of Congress are a lost cause. They're part of the problem, not the solution.

Along with President of the Senate Dick Cheney, all 538 state electors, 50 governors, 50 secretaries of states, and 50 attorneys-general (or lieutenant governors), they were each sent early documentation of the ineligible Presidential candidate defrauding the electorate.

Each and every one was sent, by registered mail with return receipts, adequate information to require investigation well before Congress confirmed Mr. Obama on Jan. 8, 2009. many of them even before the 2008 elections took place.

All 535 + 1 + 538 + 50 + 50 + 50 = 1224 of these persons are on record as having received advance notification of the usurpation of the Presidency by a foreign-and-domestic enemy of the Constitution, specifically the Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5, which he has annulled by illegally occupying the Office of President.

Each and every one has forsworn his or her oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Each and every one has perjured himself or herself against his or her oath of office.

Nearly every week, Mr. Obama commits an act of enmity against the United States, the Constitution, and We the People. He continues to reveal himself as public enemy #1: an enemy of the state, an enemy of the people, an enemy combatant ensconced in the Oval Office by fraud, fear, and intrigue.

Likewise, these 1224 persons, plus about 200 malfeasant judges, continue to be revealed, each and every one, as giving aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States who has harmed the country from within the White House far more than Osama bin Laden was ever able to harm the U.S. from his lofty perch in the Hindu Kush.

These 1224 persons and those who have joined their ranks since 2009, plus some 200 or so so-and-so judges, are neither our benefactors nor the trustees of the keys of justice, that we should be their supplicants for mercy from the vile train of abuses proceeding from the despot's throne. They are all complicit in the overthrow of Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5 of the Constitution, and for all their protests against Obamacare and Fast and Furious, by their silence they are all knowing participants in the coup d'état of the United States.

They could simply call for an independent, non-partisan investigation (not impeachment) of the usurper's ineligibility for the Office of President, for not being a natural born Citizen, that is, "one born in the country of parents who are citizens."* But they refuse to call Mr. Obama's bluff, because each and every one is afraid to be the one to step out of line. These mighty men of valor, profiles in courage every one, would rather let Sheriff Joe be the hero. I'd rather the Washington scoundrels not be the heroes, too.

"Obama forged the birth certificate" looks more like careless composition than an indictment. I don't think anyone except casual passers-by believes that Mr. Obama did the actual image editing that created the computer-fabricated or Photoshopped digital PDF image of a purported Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth, posted at whitehouse.gov. Mr. Obama has minions to do the busy work, the heavy lifting, and anything that could result in a charge of perjury.

That allows him to concentrate on executing his primary functions: reading from the teleprompter; offending foreign heads of state, alienating our allies, and bowing to our enemies; signing treaties to unilaterally disarm the U.S. of nuclear weapons and to unilaterally disarm U.S. citizens and legal residents of rifles, shotguns, pistols, and other personal weapons; signing Quantitative Easing 1 authorizing the increasing of the federal debt (and QE2, and QE3, ... ), and stimulating the economy by taking vacations in faraway lands (Kenya excluded).

The Obamas' personal financial restraint reminds me of a wicked, avaricious woman attempting to max out her present husband's credit before she is exposed as ineligible to be married to him because she is already married to someone else.

Congress and SCOTUS have all but declared that he does not need to consider the constitution. He can do as he pleases and nobody who has the power will lift a finger to stop him.

Not so on the 2nd Amendment. That one is not their call, which may be why he is waiting until after the elections and the inauguration. But if he loses the election, he may not wait any longer; or he may just leave it to Mr. Romney to do the signing, if there is an understanding about this.

Revoking Amendment II is key to subjecting the U.S. to global governance.
