Supporting Muslim Brotherhood
as He Thumbs His Nose at Vets

What do you call it when the man holding the Office of the President of the United States thumbs his nose at the veterans of America who have bled, died and lost friends fighting against threats to the American Constitution and the American people, and yet, supports with weapons and financial aid the sworn enemies of America? I believe it is the dreaded "T" word. However, don't take my word for it, view the evidence for yourself.

According to the United States Constitution, Article 3, Section 3:

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

Here is where we start. While not technically a "war" on our veterans, who are a part of the United States, it was clear that Barack Obama was out to threaten them with sheer force, as demonstrated in the video below:



We saw over the past week how Barack Obama has thumbed his nose at our veterans by closing down the war memorials in Washington, and as they stormed DC this weekend, removed the "Barrycades" around the memorials and dumped them in front of the White House, he simply ordered them to be put back up. We've seen the distain that Obama has had for our men and women in the Armed Forces. We've seen how his administration has left Americans to die in Benghazi and even failed to be discreet about Special Forces, leaking confidential information, leading to the untimely deaths of the elite Navy SEALs aboard Extortion 17. There are some who believe the leaking of that information was an act of treason on the part of the Obama administration.

While Obama closed memorials for our veterans, he allowed law breakers and their sympathizers to organize on the National Mall and demand we change our laws to accommodate their lawlessness.

The Constitution also mentions "aid and comfort being supplied to the enemy." According the Webster's 1828 Dictionary, "aid" is defined as:

"To help; to assist; to support, either by furnishing strength or means to effect a purpose"

Webster's 1828 Dictionary also defines "comfort" as:

"Relief from pain; ease; rest or moderate pleasure after pain, cold or distress or uneasiness of body. The word signifies properly new strength, or animation; and relief from pain is often the effect of strength. In a popular sense, the word signifies rather negatively the absence of pain and the consequent quiet, than positive animation; Support; consolation under calamity, distress or danger; In law, support; assistance; countenance; encouragement; as, an accessory affords aid or comfort to a felon."

Obama has provided this not only for illegal immigrants in this country, but he has done it for other criminal elements in our country, Islamic jihadists in foreign countries, including Muslim Brotherhood governments such as the former government in Egypt.

Under Barack Obama, who has been outed as a Muslim Brotherhood member and his brother is a financier of the Muslim Brotherhood with tax exempt status, former Muslim Brotherhood Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi received the following:

• $1 billion worth of German U-boats at US taxpayer expense
• At least 20 F-16 fighter jets
• $250 million in taxpayer money
• 4 More F-16 fighter jets
• Sent US troops into Egypt to quash protests against the Muslim Brotherhood earlier this year
• Sent $1.3 billion
  

Remember, Mohamed Morsi was implicated in the attacks on Benghazi. Even the Egyptian people understood that Barack Obama was a supporter of terrorism and either Barack Obama is a complete moron, or he knows exactly what he is doing. One of Egypt's politicians admitted that the United States is their enemy!

This is just the tip of the iceberg. Barack Obama has installed members of the Muslim Brotherhood in the highest seats in our federal government, including:

• Arif Alikhan – Assistant Secretary for Policy Development for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
• Mohamed Elibiary – Homeland Security Adviser, whom we called out on this occasion and this occasion.
• Rashad Hussain – Special Envoy to the (OIC) Organization of the Islamic Conference.
  
• Salam al-Marayati – Obama Adviser, founder of Muslim Public Affairs Council and its current executive director.
• Imam Mohamed Magid – Obama's Sharia Czar, Islamic Society of North America.
• Eboo Patel – Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships.
• John Brennan – Central Intelligence Agency Director

Barack Obama has even told Egyptian Christians to simply shut up and stop protesting the Muslim Brotherhood who actively fought and murdered Coptic Christians throughout Egypt.

Earlier this year we made you aware that Obama was using the CIA to deliver weapons to Obama-supported jihadists in Syria and that he had been providing aid in the form of arms to Syrian jihadists since 2012. He even knowingly waived the ban on arming terrorists to do so.

Obama's most recent aid to the enemy has come to light in a new program which has been announced by the United States and Turkey that alleges that it will stem the tide of Islamic jihad. It's called the Global Fund for Community Engagement and Resilience. The US will start off contributing $2-3 million in taxpayer money to fund it, but that amount will increase to over $200 million in contributions of other countries.

According to Dave Jolly at Godfather Politics:

The goal of the global fund is to 'combat violent extremism by undercutting the ideological and recruiting appeal of jihadists in places like Somalia, Yemen and Pakistan.' Some critics believe that the concept behind this will actually increase support for more moderate Islamic groups like the Muslim Brotherhood. They compare it to flawed logic of James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence who on January 31, 2012 stated:

"Al-Qaeda probably will find it difficult to compete for local support with groups like the Muslim Brotherhood that participate in the political process, provide social services and advocate religious values. Non-violent, pro-democracy demonstrations challenge Al-Qaeda's violent jihadist ideology and might yield increased political power for secular or moderate Islamist parties."

After hearing this, now consider a recent report from John Guandolo, a former FBI agent and counter-terrorism expert who says that the Muslim Brotherhood's plan is to overthrow the United States government. In an interview with OneNewsNow, Guandolo referred to the Muslim Brotherhood saying:

"[Leaders are] dismissing a massive threat."

He explains that the Muslim Brotherhood is not as intent on forcing non-Muslims to convert to Islam rather it is to make them subject to Islamic law.

"Whether you are subordinated to it as a non-Muslim and pay the non-Muslim poll tax, or you are killed or you convert to Islam. It's one of those. It's their choice. You don't get to pick from the menu of items – it's up to them what becomes of you."

How any of this can be dismissed as "not rising to the level of impeach- ment" or not considered treasonous, as defined by the Constitution, is beyond me. If this isn't enough, then there is this documented list of his lies, lawbreaking, corruption and cronyism. Apparently, our elected leaders seem more concerned with negotiating with a traitor on a spending bill, than they do holding him accountable for his crimes. My question to them is, why?

Smith is a writer at the popular website beforeitsnews.com and also uses the alias King of Shambhala.

Smith will be a guest on Volin's next WOBC radio show, which will take place on either Monday, February 24 or Tuesday, February 25. The Post & Email will announce a firm date as soon as it is scheduled and has agreed to appear as a guest on the show at Smith's request.

"He's under attack by the Obots," Volin told us of Smith. Now he's written an article about the Obots and the fact that it's been so quiet. It's a short article, but it gets right to the point." "Obots" are ideological Obama supporters who have trolled the internet for at least five years to silence criticism of and investigation into the background of Barack Hussein Obama, often spreading disinformation.

Volin was referring to a declaration made by Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo on Carl Gallups' radio show, "Freedom Friday," in which Zullo said that at least one of the Obots, identified in Smith's piece today as "RC," has an IP number which has been identified as "DOD’s DARPA disinformation department."

"RC" hosts a radio show on Tuesday evenings entitled "RC Radio" which has the same apparent goals as the internet-trolling Obots: to silence those reporting on the forgery of the long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website since April 27, 2011.

On March 1, 2012, Zullo and Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced that the birth certificate image and Obama's Selective Service registration form are "computer-generated forgeries" which did not have their origins in real paper documents. A second press conference on July 17, 2012 detailed how the posse arrived at its conclusions regarding the birth certificate image, including Zullo's trip to Hawaii to interview former Hawaii Department of Health registrar, Verna K. Lee.

Volin said he will have two more breaking stories in the near future to be published by The Post & Email at the proper time.

Zullo has stated that a "universe-shattering" announcement is expected next month, with a possible second press conference following at an as-yet undetermined time.

Obama’s Obots have disappeared overnight. Where are they?

On Carl Gallup’s Freedom Friday radio show, Mike Zullo said they’ve traced the IP address of “RC” to DOD’s DARPA disinformation department.

The Obots have gone eerily silent ever since. Why?

Mike Zullo’s intent in revealing that information was not to silence the Obots but to tell the public that a concrete step had been made in the investigation and even more than that.

He said that a second criminal investigation surrounding Obama’s birth certificate has been started. That’s an explosive, hair-raising piece of news.

Maybe it was that, a concrete step to track the IP addresses of Obots and that had led them to the Army and DOD, which had set them fleeing for the exits.

I’ve met up with the same thing in my writing on Internet. I’m a long-time reporter at BeforeItsNews under the aliases of “Geir Smith” and now “King of Shambhala”. I’ve been a target for Obots since Day One, because I’m convinced Obama’s a great evil hiding under a sheep’s clothing. I think Obama’s got some horrid reality brewing which he wants to avoid us discovering.

Obots have trolled me since the beginning because I say things like that a “The Guardian” survey showed that one in eight think Obama’s the Antichrist and that 666 was drawn in Illinois’ Lottery, in Obama’s hometown in Chicago, on the day after his election.

Obots have been determined to troll me to stop me from speaking out. But recently Mike Volin of wheresobamasbirthcertificate.com booked me for a radio show and immediately when I announced it, I also saw the Obots go strangely silent.

They’re like night creatures. They fly for safety as soon as the light of day breaks. Likewise, the Obots flee in panic when the heavy hand of justice rams them.

Joe Arpaio is releasing all his investigation’s results in less than a month, during the month of March. The heavy hand of the law is clamping down on them and they just have a few days left till the curtain comes down for them.

The rats are scuttling for the exits. Or are they regrouping for a last stand?

The problem is that Mike Zullo’s got “proof, proof, proof” as he said on the radio show. Joe Arpaio’s got “stuff” on DOD and Obama.

Media Stranglehold: Americans Need To Replay August 7, 1974; Nixon; Obamagate

Very few will remember but on this date some 39 years ago, three Republican Senators in an urgent and historic meeting that they demanded at the White House called on President Richard Nixon to resign or face impeachment. All three, Barry Goldwater and John Rhodes of Arizona and Hugh Scott of Pennsylvania discarded partisanship labels and went as Americans to do what was right and needed for everyone in the country regardless of political affiliations. The very next day, Richard Nixon finally faced up to what he had to do and became the first President of the United States to ever resign. Nixon’s approval rating was reportedly down to 23% at the time.

The time has come again for a replay of this kind of event but this time it is the Democrats who need to show the heroism and real patriotism by calling on one of their own to leave. They need to act as Americans with the same courage that it took from Goldwater, Rhodes, and Scott. But who will they be? If anyone?

Obama’s approval rating is reportedly in the mid to high 30’s at present. It would be very fair to say that if he had the media opposing him as they did Nixon, Obama’s rating would also be much lower in the same area that Nixon’s was. Except for Fox News and talk radio in general, Obama currently maintains a stranglehold on the rest of the media in this country which for whatever reason remains biased in his favor.

Nixon’s crash was related to one very serious event even todays ill-informed voters can cite that being Watergate of course. There is no defending the crime that Watergate was and the lies and crimes that surrounded it during the more than two year cover-up. There is also no defending the unequalled lack of transparency, the lies and the crimes that have occurred during the multitude of unresolved scandals under Obama and his administration. Any informed American, Democrat or Republican, is and should be disturbed by what has happened in regard to the NSA spying on each and every American with a telephone and email; the IRS scandalous targeting of enemy conservative groups symbolized by Lois Lerner’s pleading of the 5th amendment and so similar to how Nixon tried to use the IRS to target his enemies; the lies and false cover-up stories involved in the Benghazi tragedy; the lies and constant re-writing of the Affordable Care Act/Obamacare by executive order instead of legislative re-write and on and on. The lies and the crimes do not stop there but the point should have been already made that the sum total of the cost of these scandals easily surpasses the great damage put upon the nation by Watergate. We are all forever harmed by these kind of actions regardless of our political leanings or who we may have voted for in the last elections.

In conclusion, this is a calling out for any objective and heroic Democrats who as Americans want to help save the United States of America as we have always known it? Where are you? Who are you?

(Feb. 16, 2014) — Defending what Obama is doing by not holding a hearing on Obama’s national security breach, or the standard of the natural born citizen qualification in the Constitution for the Office of the President, is essentially exactly what Republicans need to keep doing in order to lose. Rand Paul declared the Republican party may not win the Presidency again in his lifetime.

I said one time that the Republican party was going into extinction, not because that is what I hoped for or anything, but because of the abandonment of the principles of the Constitution I saw happening in the Republican party by a lack of defense for it. Jan 26th, 2012 I wrote with this commercial:

[“It is time to jump into the life boats, and begin representing a clear and Constitutional choice in my candidacy, which is clearly a clean message compared to the mainstream Republican Candidates who we see are very willing to sweep the dirt under the carpet, as well as our Constitution, and that’s not the President’s job or oath!”]

Glenn Beck today related he had spoke to a big GOP elected leader who was concerned about the #defundtheGOP verbrato over the air the last four months. What Glenn said made a lot of sense today here.

So many Republican leaders looked at me and scoffed, “How could the qualification of Obama for the Office of the President held in the demands of the Constitution even compare to the importance of “health-care”, or “Our National Debt”, or “The Arab Springs”?

Tyrannical dictatorial power is unleashed in ways Rush Limbaugh says today he has never seen with Obama stepping and hopping to the tunes of the 2014 and 2016 election in regards to what parts of the law are enforceable and what parts he decides not to enforce. The impeding play is certainly wrecking Republican strategy to let the law play out and let people see what a disaster Obamacare is.

How can people see what a disaster it is unless its allowed to hit them behind the barn?

Essentially the BIRTHER BARRAGE is indeed more and more people going Birther as the Constitution is going ‘main-stream’ instead of becoming a dead-stream as so many in Washington perceive it to be going.

Is it safe to say now that if Obamacare had indeed been allowed to unfold as it was intended, without all these exclusions, that the United States would be in open revolt right now against Obama and all Washington Insiders?

You better believe if the people with money were made to tow the line of Obamacare in the big corporations, small businesses, and even federal agencies now, without the decrees of exemptions handed down from Obama by personal executive order, that they would be demanding their elected leaders in the House and Senate begin disability impeachment proceedings immediately.

Stay the course, kathyet2. Use the prevailing winds and current to tack to the desired haven. We don't get to choose the external forces that push the ship of state into motion. We don't get anywhere without the movement of the great mass of outraged victims. Except we take advantage of any force that moves that great mass off dead stop, we get nowhere, which is exactly where we've gotten since 2007, when Sen. H. Clinton and Atty. Phil Berg started making loud noises about then-Sen. Obama's Constitutional ineligibility to the Presidency.

First, the Enemy Combatant-in-Chief must be relieved or deprived of:

1. the Red Phone and the nuclear football;
   
2. the President's phone and "the pen" for signing Executive Orders, specifically any declaration of Martial Law;
   
3. command and control of the U.S. Armed Forces; and
   
4. oversight and ultimate authority over the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, the IRS, the SSA, the DHS, the TSA, the CBP, the USSS, the USMS, the USGS, the USPS, the NOAA, the NGS, (even the RCMP and the MFP, on call in a pinch,) and whatever other government or quasi-government entities have received or will receive .40 cal HP ammo from the recent and ongoing federal government buyout of the ammo market.

Even though the tide itself does not pilot our ship to its desired haven, if the wind permits, we tack diagonally to the tide and arrive safely; if not, we douse the sail and wait for the wind to change, or we wait for more propitious seas. We use the sail not just to drive our Good Ship ALIPAC, but also to signal those which follow. We, along with many others, lead in this mission to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and specifically, that part which is imperiled, Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5, the natural born Citizen clause.

Almost everyone in a position of responsibility to uphold A2S1P5 seems perfectly willing to throw the nbC clause overboard for being unnecessary, inconvenient, just discretionary, like jaywalking, discriminatory, or subject to being overruled by affirmative action (which is not in the Constitution, btw). But the natural born Citizen clause is one of the main strictures which preserve and perpetuate U.S. national sovereignty and which maintain America's independence. The nbC clause forbids foreigners with power and wealth to overtake or purchase the Presidency and use it to subject the U.S. to foreign rule. Then America might become a colony once again, subject to some distant foreign ruler or king, despot or tyrant, instead of continuing to be a representative republic with leaders elected to manage the country, not to rule over it (or us).

By virtue of upholding the natural born Citizen clause, we, among many others, lead in the mission, and there are tens of millions more who follow in the battle for the intact Constitution, including A2S1P5. But for them, the nbC clause is not central and essential, as it is to us. Only advocates for the Constitution can understand how the ongoing Affirmative Action Annulling of A2S1P5 aggravates so many other difficulties, and why, until it is corrected, there is no correcting other problems which, as fast as we can correct them, the current usurpation creates again. One has to be in this struggle to understand just how long and wide and high and how far into the future is the potential impact of surrendering A2S1P5 and the consequences adverse to America's sovereignty and independence.

So when we feel the current below heading toward a direction favorable to our course, and the wind above is blowing from the correct 30° sector, or at least from the right quadrant, we hoist anchor and hoist sails, and then, let the wind blow! The tens of millions who follow A2S1P5 with favor see our sails rising and our ships taking to the wind, and they know it is the special, specific time of opportunity to go for it.

Mr. Obama is not just a deficient, inexperienced President, an immature amateur who has to be impeached because he is too narcissistic to see that he is in over his head, and to resign.

He is not just an undercover Soviet operative like Aldrich Ames, Robert P. Hanssen, or Alger Hiss, who was sentenced to only five years for perjury.

He is not just an Is1amist enemy combatant like Ayman al Zawahiri, Abu Zubaydah, Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman, Ramzi Yousef, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, Obama bin Lyin (you're paying attention), Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, D.C. Beltway sniper John Allen Muhammad, or even a kingpin like Osama bin Laden.

He is not just a demonically inspired sociopath like Nicolae Ceaușescu, Josef Mengele, Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Pol Pot, Idi Amin, Cæsar Nero (who doused Christians in oil and burned them as torches for streetlamps in Rome), Herod the Great (who slaughtered the innocents in and around Bethlehem), Ahab and Jezebel (1 Kings 21:25), Mµhαmmαd, Richard Speck, or Charles Manson.

Mr. Obama is peculiarly prepared - perhaps even supernaturally prepared, we may see - for such an opportune time as this. As his mother's parents rocked infant Barry, they read to him Karl Marx's works, and they told him about bomb-thrower Leon Trotsky and his deeds, about the greatness of Stalin, and about the supposed superiority of utopian socialism and communism to the lifelong pursuit of property that consumed both the greedy capitalist and the wage slaves trapped in the capitalist system.

Barry Soetoro learned Arabic as an Indonesian citizen in Jakarta, and he was grounded in Is1am in the first three grades of a Catholic elementary school where the other children were Mus1ims. In Honolulu from ages 9 or 10 through 18, Barry was mentored by CPUSA member Frank Marshall Davis, who poured Communist dogma and doctrine into Barry's young mind and heart. At ages 18 and 19, at Occidental College in Los Angeles, Barry ran with the rich Pakistani Mus1ims. He aspired to be as bad as the Black Mus1ims of the day, as he continued to read the instigations of Franz Fanon and the inflammatory verbs of Ché Guevara. In 1981, his experience with Mus1im prayers and practice and his near-native fluency in Arabic caught the attention of the CIA, which sent him to NW Pakistan as a liaison de guerre embedded among the Afghan mujahideen as they waged war against the Soviet invaders of Afghanistan.

Mr. Obama is not just a Soros puppet with an outer varnish of Is1am and Communism - he is hard core. To him, Communism and Is1am are not just an atheistic ideology and a monotheistic ideology. At his most basic level of being, Communism and Is1am are WHO HE IS, and he is predisposed to fulfill them.

His anticipated ultimate destination is not just the Presidency of the U.S.. The aim of Islamic conquest is to establish the unified, worldwide Nation of Is1am, the caliphate, headed by a caliph. Mr. Obama has been pressing that agenda with U.S. military support - though without Congressional approval - throughout the Near East, and still in Syria, on behalf of the Mus1im Brotherhood and the "Syrian rebels," a.k.a. A-Q and other jihadis.

Mr. Obama's focus on and dedication to the "Arab Spring" betray his intentions for the ultimate power grab, even risking it all with Benghazi going sideways rather than being a straightforward kidnapping of Ambassador Stevens to trade for the Egyptian M.B.'s Blind Sheik, Omar Abdel-Rahman. A three judge panel of the 9th Circuit questions legitimacy of the Political question doctrine, which was used [up to] today to allow Obama to run for President, while Obama used a name not legally his and fabricated IDs.

Today, a three judge panel presided over the case of Peta Lindsay et al v Secretary of State of California Bowen. 13-085. This case was noted in legal briefs by Attorney Taitz in CA and MS.

The case revolves around a decision by [the Secretary of State of California, Debra] Bowen, to throw off the ballot [Peta Lindsay,] a candidate for President from the Peace and Freedom Party. Bowen did her own research and found that Lindsay is not constitutionally eligible for the Presidency because she was not 35 years old at the time she ran for office.

At the same time, the same [CA] SOS, [Debra] Bowen, refused to disqualify Obama, [claiming that] Obama’s qualification is a political question doctrine, which is only [within the jurisdiction of] the Congress to resolve. The lower court [found] that [the defendant] flagrantly engaged in violation of [both] the 14th amendment and equal protection under the law. SOS Bowen removed Lindsay from the ballot but refused to remove equally ineligible Obama.

Today, only the Lindsay case was heard. Chief Justice of the 9th Circuit Judge Alex Kozinski presided over the case. When told about the political question doctrine, [Chief Justice] Kozinski responded: “What if your party were to run a dog for the US President? Would the Secretary of State be obligated to put a dog on the ballot, too?"

The panel consisted of ALEX KOZINSKI, DIARMUID F. O’SCANNLAIN, and MARY H. MURGUIA. Judge O’Scannlain is the same judge who upheld 2nd Amendment rights in his decision against San Diego County. He found that the “moral character” provision imposed by the county was unconstitutional. Judge Murguia is an Obama appointee.

While posing questions for the attorneys, the panel asked what would be the outcome [of what? of this case? ED.] if the Secretary of State were a birther? The only birther who ran for SOS of CA was attorney Taitz, who got over half a million votes in the primary in 2010. It appears [that] the judges on the panel are well aware of Taitz, her run for SOS, and her case of Grinols, Judd, Noonan et al v Electoral College, Congress, Obama, Secretary of State of California, Governor of California.

In Grinols, Judge England already ruled that candidate for President Keith Judd had standing; the only reason the case was dismissed was the political question doctrine. Now it looks like the court does not believe that the political question doctrine [shields or] is applicable to ineligible candidates.

This is a very important development and hopefully a prelude to overturning the Grinols decision and finally going back to court for full discovery of Obama’s bogus IDs, his use of a stolen Social security number, and his foreign citizenship.

Bowen threw Lindsay off the ballot before any proof was given; moreover, political question doctrine has nothing to do with the strength of the argument and level to which proof was provided. I did not need to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt, I needed to plead sufficient reasonable allegations, which I did.

First, Lindsay is African American, so it has nothing to do with race. Further, the SOS kicked her off the ballot before Lindsay admitted [that she was 34]. As a matter of fact, the judge asked the attorney for the SOS, how did they find out that she is not 35. They responded that they googled, looked into some news releases, and kicked her off the ballot without any hearing.
a. Lindsay was thrown of the ballot because Bowen googled her, and before there was any proof or admission.
b. I need an honest judge to order discovery in order to prove all the allegations.

I wish Orly would do the right thing and give credit where credit is due. Orly knows that the case that I filed as an appeal aims directly at Debra Bowen and the Election Board instead of trying to expose Obama for the usurper we all know. My case is valid and active and is what is generating the comments from the Ninth Circuit, yet there is not one word mentioned that I, as a candidate for President of the United States, have the standing to challenge Obama’s qualifications to run. Ed Noonan, also a candidate for President of the United States, filed a similar suit. Unfortunately for Ed, but good fortune for me, my case was separated from Ed’s. This offers the best chance to catch that rat in Washington. As always, I have offered my hand in friendship to Orly because we are fighting the same fight. (Feb. 19, 2014) — Mike Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com is on live now with radio show host Peter Boyles of KNUS.

At 8:07 a.m. EST, Volin has given the history of his website and quest to find more information about Barack Hussein Obama, who has obscured his background through design.

Volin thanked Mike Zullo of the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse for conducting the criminal investigation into Obama’s long-form birth certificate which was posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 but quickly declared a forgery by experts.

Volin’s “Sheriff’s Kits” contain the presentation Zullo gave to the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers’ Association (CSPOA) last May.

In November, Volin and a team of volunteers visited Congress to distribute approximately 200 kits and give presentations to inform chiefs of staff, aides and in some cases, the congressmen themselves, of the findings of the posse.

Volin commented to Boyles that members of Congress are “scared” to tackle the issue of the forgery. Boyles responded that he has heard that “everybody knows the story is not straight,” meaning Congress.

Boyles asked Volin why no one in the media will “step forward” and expose the fraud. Volin responded that confidential information was shared between Zullo and Volin’s congressman during a presentation, who failed to act on it. Rather, the congressman countered that “We think he’s [Obama] is an American.”

Boyles then mentioned the Social Security number apparently issued in the state of Connecticut which Obama is reportedly using, although he never lived or worked in the state. His life story says he was born in Hawaii, not Connecticut.

The posse also found that Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form to be fraudulent.

Boyles asked if current citizen investigators could hold “a symposium” and produce a set of conclusions about the forgery and inconsistencies in Obama’s background. Boyles said he believes that Obama attended university as a foreign student and became “politically active” in Chicago, hypothesizing that Obama was found to not have a valid Social Security number.

One of Obama’s acquaintances from Chicago, former domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, stated in his book that he became an expert at creating false identities using birth certificates from deceased children and then obtaining Social Security numbers.

Boyles does not believe the Atty. Judith Corley delivered certified copies of Obama’s birth certificate to the White House as has been reported in the news. “Why would she fly all the way to Hawaii to pick up a PDF file?” Boyles asked, as he did when he interviewed Linda Jordan on February 13.

At 8:28 a.m., following a commercial break, Boyles described Volin as “a wonderful guest.”

At 8:31 a.m., Boyles stated that the investigation into Obama’s background has expanded and “there is a generally acceptance…that this guy’s story is not straight,” meaning Obama. He then asked Volin what he thinks about Obama’s “life story.”

Volin hypothesized that Obama might not want the public “to know his real father” or his “communist” connections. He stated that by going to Congress, he “did it the old-fashioned way” by visiting in person and “knocking on doors.”

Volin graciously thanked The Post & Email at 8:33 a.m. for its work on the Obama eligibility/identity issue.

Regarding his Sheriff’s Kits, Volin said “I have doctors calling me and asking for 20 copies.” He said that Obamacare is slashing work hours and that people are “getting angry” about Obama’s actions, which then translate to their looking harder at the questions surrounding Obama.

In response to Boyles’s question about an announcement from the Cold Case Posse next month, Volin responded that new information will be released, perhaps in “the middle of March,” and that prosecutions will follow. In December, Tea Party Power Hour host and citizen researcher Mark Gillar had announced the same in a video sent to The Post & Email.

Boyles raised the question of Frank Marshall Davis and the time Obama might have spent with him if reports by Joel Gilbert of “Where’s Obama’s Real Birth Certificate?” are accurate. Gilbert theorizes that Davis is Obama’s biological father.

Boyles then raised the specter of Obama’s alleged connections to Islamic terrorism which involve his half-brother, Malik.

Volin said that “We just don’t know” who Obama is.

“Hold on; it will happen,” Volin said, in regard to the new information expected to be released.

Volin then invited Boyles on his radio show, WheresObamasBirthCertificate, on Blog Talk Radio.

Update, 8:53 a.m. EST: Mike Volin contacted The Post & Email following his appearance on the show and can report that he is “working on more exciting things which will be announced in the near future.”

Those who wonder if President Obama was born in the U.S. got much press in years past. In response to persistent media interest, Mr. Obama released a copy of his long form birth certificate in 2011; his re-election campaign even embellished an image of it on a promotional coffee mug for good measure.

Donald Trump was especially interested, even telling ABC News last year, “Was there a birth certificate? You tell me. Some people say that was not his birth certificate. I’m saying I don’t know. Nobody knows.”

But suspicious sentiments about Mr. Obama’s birthplace still linger, even swaying public opinion about where he should site his presidential library when the time comes. And a surprising two thirds of GOP respondents admit they still have doubts.

Just the numbers then, from a new YouGov/Economist poll of 1,000 U.S. adults conducted Feb. 8-10.

70 percent of Americans say a presidential candidate should produce their birth certificate before appearing on a ballot.

67 percent of Americans say people who think President Obama was born outside the U.S.really just “don’t like the President.”

33 percent of Republicans and 74 percent of Democrats agree.

25 percent overall say birther advocates “really believe that”; 49 percent of Republicans and 18 percent of Democrats agree.

62 percent of Americans overall say this statement is true: Mr. Obama “was born in the U.S.”; 34 percent of Republicans and 84 percent of Democrats agree.

38 percent overall say the statement is false.; 66 percent of Republicans and 16 percent of Democrats agree.

30 percent overall say Mr. Obama should locate his future presidential library in Illinois.

24 percent say the library should be located in Hawaii; 21 percent are not sure.

6 percent say the library should be in Kenya, 5 percent say in New York.
