Plantain can also be used as a powerful poultice to ease the itch of poison ivy, poison oak, bee stings, spider bites, cuts, bruises, mosquito bites,
Collect enough to cover the needed area.
Mash it up and apply across injury area

Tangerine Marmalade Recipe. Only 3 ingredients

Super easy recipe to make a small jar of refrigerator tangerine preserves. I know we usually do all our preserving in the summer to have our summer harvest for winter but tangerines are mostly only in stores in winter. I love tangerines and was so happy to find this super easy recipe for tangerine marmalade. Learn To Preserve has the recipe so you can have some marmalade for your toast as soon as, well as soon as today if you want to make it today. Yumm.

    Nettle Cordage Tutorial

Nice tutorial on how to use the common nettle to make cordage. Kriss from The Bushcraft Blog shows how to do it with a nice picture tutorial. This would be a neat skill to teach children. Nettle is also a wild food source.
