If Ron Paul's delegation of Patriots earn 58% of the remaining DELEGATES by winning the upcoming state conventions, we are going to win it all.

The Real 2012 Delegate Count for the Republican Primaries & Caucuses

The real delegate count:

Mitt Romney 591 actual delegates

Ron Paul 186 actual delegates

1,297 Delegates TO BE DETERMINED at State Conventions in June...

The chances of Ron Paul Patriots winning at least 58% of the remaining delegates are very high.

Romney needs to win about 43% of the remaining state delegates to clinch the republican nomination in Tampa Bay.

That is NOT going to happen in Texas, California, Oregon, Virginia, Massachusetts, Iowa, Washington, Idaho, Illinois, Missouri, Louisiana, North Carolina, Indiana, Arkansas, Kentucky, New Jersey, New Mexico, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Montana.

If Romney can't even win half of the delegates in states like Virginia, Washington, Maine, and Minnesota - I don't think he can come close to winning 43% of the remaining delegates from their respective states above.

It's amazing how a video can influence and educate someone. I posted two videos on my Facebook page the first about the Fed and the second Ron Paul's Bad Dream speech (which I love if you haven't seen it you have to!) My hope in doing so was understanding on a simplistic level for all those who's eyes gloss over when I mention Ron Paul. It felt so good when one of the most important people to me just called and said I get it now kid, I get it, thank you.

So I thought I would share these two videos with you together, as specifically the second made such a major impact on my life. I apologize if they have already been posted, I searched and didn't find them, but it's always great to have a refresher.

Presumptive Republican nominee is butt of jokes following gaffe

Looks like Mitt Romney is running for President of the United States of "Amercia."

In an embarrassing blunder, Romney's campaign misspelled the word "America" on its new "With Mitt" iPhone app, launched Tuesday.

The app has a transparent skin that allows users to take a photograph and superimpose the slogan “A better Amercia” on the image.

The presumptive Republican nominee is taking heat on the Internet for the error.

"Whew, I hear Mitt's updating that misspelled Amercia on his app. He's just going with Untied States now," read one tweet.

"Does Mitt Romney believe that Obama was born in Keyna," another tweeter jabbed.

Ron Paul's Double Whammy and Why he Cannot be Divided and Conquered

The divide and conquer methodology is one of the main weapons in the propagandists' toolbox. Going back to ancient times and all over the world, divide and conquer has been a weapon of mass destruction that has seen country upon country come under its evil grip.

In the current election cycle we are seeing a remarkable event taking place before our eyes. As we approach the final straight of the end game, it is worth considering what happened in 2007/2008. Ron Paul had a very successful campaign, a part of which included the record breaking money bomb that is often associated with the birth of the Tea Party movement. Ron Paul was seen as the father of the Tea Party. As with any group that is seen by the establishment as a threat, that was a trigger for the divide and conquer brigade to be sent in to usurp the Tea Party and snuff out the threat. They probably thought that by neutralizing the Tea Party they would neutralize Ron Paul.

Ron Paul, however, is a wiser operator than his adversary. He continued to stand alone. An individual cannot be divided and conquered, especially an individual of the stature and integrity of Ron Paul The Incorruptable. While the Tea Party decoyed the propaganda and lie machine with its divide and conquer specialists, Ron Paul and his army of true supporters gathered strength below the radar in readiness for the 2012 campaign. By the time the establishment propagandists realized what had happened, the Ron Paul movement had reached critical mass and was brilliantly organized to ram home the advantage as we entered 2011/2012. The divide and conquerers had been divided long enough to allow themselves to be conquered by the Ron Paul Revolution come August 2012.

As we witness the MSM choke on its own lies, this will be an historic example of the biter bit.

Federal Laws Proving Binding of Delegates Is Illegal!

The federal laws are as follows:

11 CFR 100.2(e): ( http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/CFR-2011-title11-vol1/xml/CFR-2... ) Defining a national convention as a "Federal Election" for the purpose of electing a candidate for federal office. Which states:

“(e) Caucus or Convention. A caucus or convention of a political party is an election if the caucus or convention has the authority to select a nominee for federal office on behalf of that party.”

42 USC 1971 - Sec. 1971. Voting rights: ( 42 USC 1971 - Sec. 1971. Voting rights - US Code - Title 42: The Public Health and Welfare - Subchapter I - Generally - Id 19251307 - vLex ) Which states:

"No person, whether acting under color of law or otherwise, shall intimidate, threaten, coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of President"

The Republican party is a private party. A legal voter/delegate is also considered a private party. These private parties are separately governed by numerous federal and state laws (depending on their location).

The Republican National Convention; however, is a federal election made up of multiple private parties which serve to nominate a candidate for the office of the Presidency (which is a federal office position).

The Republican National Convention itself is a federal election bound by federal laws.

These two federal laws alone prove that no state law or private party rule can force an individual to vote against their own free will for any federal election. Period!
