Brutal Beating Location and Video Uploader Identified – Rowlett, Texas (Filmed At Herfurth Elementary School)…

Posted on June 25, 2015 by sundance
After some awesome sleuthing by Treeper Manickernel the authorities in Rowlett, Texas have been notified the videographer of the horrific video is Ernest Irizarry Jr.

    Here’s the 9:00pm News Report:
This is the original upload which was done on 6/23/15. We identified the video on 6/24 yesterday, and were able to track the source today:

The video was filmed at Herfurth Elementary School, 7500 Miller Road, Rowlett, TX 75088 which was identified via Google Earth, Bing Maps, and Google Maps; after tracking the sheet-metal work of the roofing contractor Cleburn Sheet Metal works, who posted pictures of the school on their website.
Facebook pictures of Herfurth Elementary match the video of the brutal beating . as well as video posted on line during school events.
Police today reported the actual attack took place on Friday June 19th – but it was not until video surfaced on 6/24 that the youngest victim, 3-years-old, was witnessed suffering injury from the attack – That aspect raises the attack to felony charges.
Fox News Dallas aired a segment on the incident tonight at 9pm WATCH HERE – and the local Dallas media affiliate has been made aware of the culprit identification.
The primary female attacker is identified as 14-years-old, and had a casual knowledge of the victim, also identified as 14-years-old, witnessed in the video.
Police Detective Cruz Hernandez now has all the details. – media segment here Mr. Ernest Irizarry Jr., will fill in the details. The police do not consider this attack to contain any racial connotations.

A 13-year-old Rowlett girl was in custody late Sunday after a video that went viral showed her pulling to the ground a schoolmate who was holding a preschooler and then attacking the teen.
The 13-year-old, whose name was not released, surrendered to Rowlett police Sunday night. She is being held in the Dallas County Henry Wade Juvenile Detention Center, police said, and faces charges of injury to a child and assault.
The video, which was posted to LiveLeak on Thursday, shows the June 19 attack outside Herfurth Elementary School. A 14-year-old was sitting at a table and holding her 3-year-old cousin when she was confronted by the 13-year-old and another girl, Rowlett Detective Cruz Hernandez said.
From behind the camera, a male can be heard saying, “Take the baby ... the baby’s the reason she’s not getting beat up.”
One of two girls yells at the 14-year-old to “get up” and seconds later, the 13-year-old pulls the 14-year-old off the bench onto the ground, sending the 3-year-old tumbling.
The 13-year-old drags the other girl into the grass and begins hitting her and kicks her at least once as a teenage boy dances around them.
Hernandez said the 14-year-old and the toddler both had minor injuries, including scrapes and bruises, and did not require medical treatment. The 14-year-old’s mother called police to report the fight after it happened.
Hernandez said the fight stemmed from a disagreement the two girls, who attended middle school together, had about a month ago.
He said the victim knew the other girl only by a nickname and did not believe anything about their disagreement would have led to a violent attack. She did not want to fight, he said.
“It’s two teenage girls who have bad feelings [toward] each other,” he said. “One took it way too far and definitely violated the law and jeopardized the safety of the 3-year-old.”
The 13-year-old faces a misdemeanor charge of assault causing bodily injury and a third-degree felony injury to a child charge. Hernandez said her family has been cooperative and had been out of town, he said.
Rowlett police also plan to speak to prosecutors at the Dallas County district attorney’s office about whether injury to a child charges can be pressed against the other teenage girl who was standing next to the attacker and the person who was saying to get the baby out of the way.
“It’s not against the law to be a spectator to something you don’t encourage, participate, or promote, but we have some concerns about those two,” Hernandez said.
He said because the camera was recording before the fight, there’s knowledge that the attack was going to happen.
“I find it concerning that young people today would videotape an attack of someone rather than taking that phone and calling 911,” he said.
The video has been viewed more than 700,000 times since Thursday.

Texas girl arrested for fight with classmate in viral video

DALLAS (Reuters) - A 13-year-old Texas girl was arrested on Monday after a video that went viral showed her beating a classmate who was holding a toddler at a Dallas-area elementary school earlier this month, police said.

Rowlett police said the teenager faces a charge of third-degree felony injury to a child and a misdemeanor assault charge for the June 19 incident that left a 14-year-old girl and her 3-year-old cousin with scrapes and bruises.
The suspect's name was not released because she is a minor.

The one-minute video of the incident has had more than 1.2 million views on LiveLeak.com since it was posted on Thursday.
In the clip, the suspect is shown yanking the older teen from a bench by her hair, causing the toddler who was sitting on her lap to fall screaming to the ground.

The victim is then dragged to a grassy area and punched repeatedly.

Detective Cruz Hernandez told the Dallas Morning News that Rowlett police believe the attack was caused by a dispute during school hours.

"I find it concerning that young people today would videotape an attack of someone rather than taking that phone and calling 911," Hernandez said.

No hate crime here. No crime at all. Move along now, there is nothing to see here. The victim was White and the perp. was Black. What? Haven't you heard? The Whites have it coming. Whites had this flag you see and it attacks and kills people. Only Black people some say. So Whites, all Whites are guilty of something and if they don't at least pretend to be guilty, they get the beat-down. It has become a spectator event and is enjoyed by a great number of the Politically Correct ruling elite. You see, they have bodyguards to keep them safe.
