Primary challenger, General Election challenger, or incumbent? General Election Challenger

How would you describe the immigration positions of your opponent/opponents? My opponent is an open-border radical. If he had his way, border patrol would be kneecapped and prevented from stopping illegal immigrants. He has largely ignored the issue at the southern border over his tenure in office, and that won’t change as long as he retains his seat.

    Immigration Issues Survey

Do you support or oppose Biden's catch-and-release policies for illegal immigrants? Oppose

Do you support or oppose Obama's unconstitutional DACA Amnesty? Oppose

Do you support or oppose licenses for illegals? Oppose

Do you support or oppose in-state tuition for illegals? Oppose

Do you support or oppose English as the official language of the United States? Support

Do you support our current immigration laws which require illegals to leave America, or do you support "immigration reform" Amnesty legislation defeated 8 times in DC since 2004, that lets them stay and become Democrat voters? Current Laws

    ALIPAC's 2022 Immigration Pledge

If I am elected/reelected to office in 2022, I pledge to secure America's borders and to protect American lives, jobs, taxpayer resources, and elections by opposing any form of Amnesty or path to citizenship for illegal aliens while simultaneously supporting the full enforcement of America's existing immigration laws in order to deter and reverse illegal immigration in America.

I agree that illegals should return home as our current laws state and that Article IV, Section IV of the US Constitution requires elected officials to protect all states from any form of invasion.

I have reviewed ALIPAC's Evidence of Non-Citizens Voting In US Elections
collection of documentation proving we have a systematic problem of non-citizens, including many illegal immigrants, registering and voting illegally in US elections. I understand ALIPAC's concerns about Google censoring this information and I pledge to use the full power of my office to put a stop to both big-tech censorships of American voices and non-citizens perpetrating elections fraud on US soil.

    Signed,

    Sam Peters, 10/13/2022

Focus Placed on Non-Incumbent GOP campaigns for Midterms

PAC directs volunteers & donors to challenger campaigns

    For National Release | October 31, 2022

Debate & Share by email, texts, and social media at https://www.alipac.us/f8/focus-place...e-vote-401229/

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC.us) encourages conservative voters, donors, and online or ground-based activist volunteers to focus on non-incumbent Republican campaigns in the final days before the November 8 midterm elections while adding a new endorsement to the list of illegal immigration opposing challengers today!

ALIPAC is endorsing Sam Peters for Congress today in Nevada's Fourth District because Peters has answered ALIPAC's candidate survey (View HERE), indicating he opposes Amnesty, licenses, voting rights, and in-state tuition for illegals. Sam Peters is running against incumbent Democrat Steven Horsford, who supports open borders, Amnesty, and voting rights rewards for illegal alien invaders.
