Just when you thought the federal government's immigration enforcement failures could not get worse, a story like this emerges.

Apparently, someone in Homeland Security has made it a policy that our US Border Patrol cannot pursue illegal aliens or smugglers!

In fact, they have charged and convicted two US Border Patrol agents for shooting a drug smuggler in the rear and each officer is now facing 20 years in prison!

This news is traveling through our movement like wildfire. This ruling assures us that the US Border Patrol has no chance of accomplishing their mission. They are sitting ducks that cannot pursue now.

When you have reviewed this story, please give us your suggestions on what we might do as an organization to help these men.

Totally shameful!!! This is just one more reason why our president is unfit for command. And any of the 'officer' in DC who support this traitor, should be court marshelled ASAP!
I'll definately be tuning in tonight.

I e-mailed news reporter Sara Carter after I read her story asking if:

1. A Legal Defense Fund had been established for the two men,
and,
2. If she could please provide me with an address for it.

I have received no reply, but this was only yesterday.

Obtaining and passing on information about a Legal Defense Fund for these two border patrol agents might be a good first step.
